Thank you so much to my sales associate Tiera. She was patient, kind and helped me in my decision making process as well as assisting me with the virtual search on your very cool huge Ipad, lol. Thank you Louis! My dog chewed the arms on a one of my pairs of Ray-Ban and it was not an easy task to fix. Louis was professional and patient with the glasses and finally managed to removed the screws and could put the new arms on.

What a luck day. We met a professional staff and friendly great service. I glad that we could found the same sunglass. My husband lost his sunglass last two weeks at Great America. He's very upset because that's his favorite sunglass. I tried to shop online but couldn't find it. The staffs helped us found out the same one and we also got a great price. That's awesome.

Good people never forced any sale on me very knowledgeable and helpful and I enjoyed my purchase and whole experience there never so far had any problems purchasing at Sunglass Hut.

I recently lost my Maui Jim sunglasses of 8 years and was looking to replace them with what I had. Luis made the whole painful replacement of my glasses an experience worth writing about. EXCELLENT service. The glasses were not in stock but he was able to locate them and they will be at the store (or could've been delivered to our home) in 3 days or less. I highly recommend this location of Sunglass Hut and if you're lucky enough to have Luis, you will be writing a 5 star review, too.

Helpful, friendly place :)My Ray Bans lost a screw and their "temple". Even though I hadn't purchased the glasses from them, they found a screw that fit and fixed them for free. I believe SH has an agreement with Ray Ban to provide this service, but even so, I appreciated the friendly professionalism of the staff. Also, while I waited, I saw a diversity of customers being helped in a helpful but non-invasive way, and got a positive impression of the vibe of the place.Recommended!

My salesperson was efficient, listened to what my criteria was and offered several options. She ensured that I was satisfied with my selection, which required an adjustment that was promptly and accurately made. Very courteous and knowledgeable staff!

The staff was nice but the owner was completely unprofessional. I was being friendly to staff and he accused me of harrassing them because I had come in every day to buy shades. The worst experience ever. Go take your business elsewhere.

Do not shop here, unethical!! Bought my husband a pair of $200 sunglasses there after being told they were polarized by the sales person. He got home and after wearing them a few times he realized that they didn't cut the glare at all so in accordance with their 30 day return policy, he brought them back today. When he tried to return them the store manager said they were not polarized and then refused to take them back, he wouldn't even give him a store credit. Plus it's a very small store and they were letting customers take their masks off while we were in the store. I will never step back into a Sunglass Hut again.
