Most hair stylists are good there. I always ask for Kelly's schedule. She is my go-to person.

Best value in the city if you’re like me and not fussy. I have 1a hair and only need a straight cut across. Other salons would have charged me twice as much.

Worst haircut in tow . Please visit this place if you want to mess your hair up to a point where you feel you’d have looked better bald.

Walked in with myself and my mom. Mother was sat and given the wrong haircut and I was never even given my haircut. I waited 45 minutes while my mother got her hair done. The second stylist sat on her phone and ignored me when I tried to get sat.

The ugliest haircut I got in my life is from here.I asked to do layers and I had so good and long hair. And the layers could have looked so great. But they trimmed my hair with no layers made it unexpectedly short. And at the end told me, they dont know how to do layers.I went to the salon with so excitement and I returned crying looking like a clown.

HORRIBLE. She cut my hair very badly (the layers are about 5 inches apart) and then when I told her I didnt like it and wanted to fix it she got upset with me. I told them it was unprofessional and I did not want to pay for this cut and they kicked me out. NEVER COME HERE

Undeniably the worst haircut I have ever had. The woman cutting my hair asked me where I wanted my sideburns cut, I indicated, and she proceeded to fully shave them off. Also, I asked for 1 inch to be taken off and she removed 3.5inches. i Requested that only scissors be used and she proceeded tell me "you are wrong" and then forcibly used clippers on my head.I am a Repeat customer, I do not know the male barber's name but he gave a great cut and listened to my requests in the past.Save yourself the headache and go to any other place in the city. I promise you, no matter how convenient this location is, it will be the worst haircut of your life.

- they don't sanitise their tools after each client, they just do a quick brush. this is totally against health and safety regulation. not sure how they are still on business.- no matter if you call them to make an appointment or book it online, they put you at the end of line when you arrive. they have no idea of the appointment and they don't say that they don't have that system.Service: Haircut

Tl;dr After an hr of waiting past my appt time, they said they couldn't do the cut. Lesson learned - don't count on getting a haircut ever. THE SETUP Wanted to get a haircut before an 8pm event. I read decent reviews for barber Wing on Yelp, and the Google reviews weren't too bad, so I thought I'd give it a try -- I had measurements prepared from a $10 Chinatown cut a few months back. Several hours in advance, I scheduled an appt with Wing for 5pm. THE WAIT Arrived 5:06pm. Waited 30 min, during which a walk-in and someone with a 5:15pm appt got seen (I stepped out briefly to find the nearest trashcan to toss a carton and had asked the 5:15pm guy to save my spot, but oh well). THE HAIRCUT I have a small note prepared with three photos, "1/8 in sides, 5/8 in top, 1 in front" (had some nuanced notes for myself but that was the core of it), and showed it to barber Wing, but he didn't understand -- after several minutes of discussing (we even located the clippers -- 1 side, 5 top, 8 front), he said he couldn't do it and told me to sit back down! These were the same basic measurements I had several months ago from Chinatown! I tried speaking Mandarin as a hail mary but he only understood Cantonese. He then took the next person (5:30pm appt). After patiently waiting 20 min for the next person to be done and paid, I tried again. The person after me had requested a "fade, 1 side 3 top", so I requested "fade, 1 side 5 top", and Wing was still saying "I don't understand. 5 is so short. I don't trust myself. You might not like it." I tried appealing to the other barber (Lily?), and she said "they don't pay us overtime. I live in Marin, need to catch BART." Wing started cleaning up and said they're closed and can't do the cut anymore -- go to a different Supercuts. I told them I waited half an hour then another half hour like they told me to -- they said I left in the middle (from my tossing the trash). Panicking a bit now, I wondered where else I could quickly get an affordable haircut. After some back and forth, they were kind enough to direct me to another Supercuts which closed later. I called them to verify and thankfully they had an appt available and could do my cut! TAKEAWAYS I am appalled by the customer service. I am also at a loss because I definitely didn't expect to wait an hour and not get a haircut. Next time, until I ascertain a barber place is reliable: - Always call ahead with my exact specs - Always build in /several/ hours of buffer room

Said the haircut I wanted wouldn't look good and refused to cut my hair the way I wanted after she already started. What a terrible experience. Will never be back.
