I would like to know where I can find a picture of the school building that was torn down back in '75. Can someone tell me how to find a copy?I attended Sutro for a very short time back in 1957.My teacher was Mrs. Murphy.

We LOVE Sutro! My son has been there since kindergarten & he just started 2nd grade, with my daughter starting in kinder this past week. The school is smaller than most public elementary schools, with just two classes per grade, and since one is a bi-literacy class, the kids stay with the same classmates from kinder through 5th grade. There's a real sense of family and collaboration between parents & teachers/faculty that's enhanced by the smaller school size, and I am so thankful that we got placed there two years ago!

I speak mandarin to my daughter who was born in America. I am eager to pass on my culture to her. It is a plus to be able to engage into other diversity. I never want to lose that. I hope she can also pass on to her children in the future. Going to this school is the start of it all.
