I actually shopped here a year ago while on a trip but I just remembered and I had to leave a review!These people were so so kind and sweet and awesome to be around!I’m not from San Francisco, and I really wanted a specific item in the shop and they showed me the most incredible service and kindness!I was so happy to find this and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my purchase and experience. Kindness really does go a long way!

The reason that I gave 3 stars because The male SA who help me with my order was really nice and helpful. I went in for an exchange because the bracelet that I bought online was broke the first time i tried on. This the convenient location for me. He told me he does not have this at the location but he'll place a new order for me and when it's ready he'll call me to pick it up which he did. He's very sweet about everything but today I went it after I received a call from him. I met this very rude old asian lady with a glasses. When I first walk in, she looked at me head to toe? Like what the f are you doing here? So I said hi, I'm here to pick up my exchange. So I explained my situation. And she look at my bracelet and said oh this is an outlet stuff. We don't have it here. She asked for receipt I said didn't bring it because last time I came the guy didn't even need my receipt. He just scan the QR code on the box and it's pop up right way. Well, I told her I can pull it out online so I show her my receipt. She said well, still we don't sell this here. We don't have it here. This is outlet stuff. She didn't bother to check. I started to get a bit annoyed so I told her your coworker called me to pick it up 2 days ago. Finally, she checked the cabinet behind informations and my name was right there on the box. I did not have good impression with them. I probably won't buy from them anymore. I usually buy diamonds but I bought this one cause the design it's cute. I guess this will be my first time and last time.

I had the most terrible and inconvenient experience with the associate on shift and an online purchase and same day pick up. First thing is if you advertise "Pick up today" Make sure that you can pick it up the same day. The associate was telling me that they had to be notified of the order when I had showed my order confirmation and that still wasn't sufficient to get my item the same day. As she told me, that if this item was ready for "Pick up today", that it may not even be ready the same day until they get a "Ready for packing" notification in their "System". Second, I had to rush to the store because of the early closing hours of 7pm, I got in exactly 6:36pm to make sure I can pick up my order. The fact that this step was not even necessary and that I rushed to the store due to the false awareness that the item was ready for "Pick up today". I wouldn't have made the effort to rush. This is what pissed me off the most is that I wasted my time in thinking I was going to get my item for my friends Birthday in time. But that was not the case since It was not ready for "Pick up today". Third, It was a great innovation to offer "After pay" which I chose at checkout. Now I basically double paid for my purchase as the associate on duty said "I would get a refund for the initial transaction" when she doe's not even know the actual 3rd party service and couldn't even confirm my order when I had all my credentials she was asking for. So I had to pay again for the full transaction instead of my preferred method which was "After pay" for convenience. The amount of frustration I have with this whole issue is that I had my credentials that I had purchased for the item and all additional confirmation. That was still not enough to get my item. Even being a Swarovski rewards member is basically nothing to consider, this is a complete disgrace to the rewards program and to customer service. This will probably be my last transaction with Swarovski as I have never had this experience with previous purchases and this was my first time ordering online and using the innovative "After Pay".

Called from out of town looking for a sold out item. Andre found it in stock in his store and has been very professional about getting it to me... even when I was less than, and he could have relaxed a bit, he remained true to form. Andre also called back to follow up! This is the type of person I would offer a job on the spot if he were in my area. (DogHouse 420 if you ever are... find me by name)Keep up the good work Andre. I'm not sure what you're working on (hopefully it isn't a career with Swarovski because you have something special) you are going to kill it! ✌

I tried returning a necklace I bought but I was 2 days late as their return policy is 14 days. The salesperson, Bobo, wouldn't make the exception for my return and wouldn't even allow me to get a store credit... I am very very disappointed in their customer service especially during a pandemic. Would NEVER shop there again!

The star is for the pretty stores, nice view to my eyes. But buying experience? Not so much. I bought a bracelet, nice because I could shorten it by taking out parts of the chain (it's always the challenge for me since I have unusually small wrists). The sales rep was sooooo persuassive. But the check out took looong time, I almost gave up and cancel the purchase. But here's the thing. As usual, everytime I buy (non diamond or gold) jewelry I always want to see the jewelry outside the store, where the lighting is not excessively exaggerated. So I did just that, bearing in mind their 2 weeks return policy. I was not really happy with the purchase, so I decided to return it. But I could only do it on weekend, and the weekend after I took it to the store but I forgot the card I used for purchasing it so I went again the weekend after, to different store. I went to the store thinking of getting something else (the magnetic sunglasses) and then return the blacelet. Again the sales rep was very nice and trying to be super helpful. But I didn't get the one I wanted so I said I would just return my bracelet. And the sales rep turned sour and opposite of nice. She repeatedly asked why I returned it after exactly 2 weeks (I lost appetite to chat already) and she starting to aggressively replied to everything I said and kept telling me that I would be blocked if I did that 3 times. So I concluded the selling is tough? Or the worker is paid based only on commission of sales that gothrough? Anyway, very unhappy exprerience

I had the best ever experience today shopping at the Westfield Swarovski boutique. The store was beautiful and basically I wanted everything. I did settle on one set of earring that I loved, except they were not the right shape. The store manager, Yna Balasoto, was beyond wonderful. She found the earrings I loved, on the East Coast and made sure that I was able to order them. I cannot thank her enough. She was knowledgeable, professional and delightful. I certainly will be back there as long as Yna is the manager. It was an excellent shopping experience. One of the best.

Do NOT shop online, they are NOT reliable, they do NOT send you tracking numbers and you cannot get a hold of any decent customer service personnel. I ordered at the beginning of the month 20 days later i receive a package with incomplete order. at this point all i want is a refund and to forget this company forever and i still can not get a hold of anyone. Covid-19 is an airborne virus, i do not understand how it affects proper protocol of shipping or why it would take 20 days to ship a TANGIBLE item. i will NEVER be buying from them again, i hope i can get my money back

This store has definitely changed over the years. Mostly because of management. They have increased the product line as well (which is wonderful to see). The employees seem inconsistent with helping customers. When I walked into the store, all I got was a quick look from one of the female employees and then they looked down at their phone. It took me to start the conversation to ask for help in choosing a few pieces. I don't know if they work on commission, but regardless, please show some manners.
