The person helping me clearly did not want to be there. Not helpful at all, not polite. Left the store with more issues than I came in with. I'd leave 0 stars out of 5 if I could. She thought she was so smart. 6 reps in the store all standing around and couldn't help me with anything...

We had an amazingly positive experience at the T Mobile store on Chestnut Street. The two salespeople were so very helpful and courteous AND saved us alot of money. We are long time T Mobile customers and we thought we would have to buy new phiones, BUT the gentleman helping us offered to clean out our plugs and our phones were able to charge easily again. We REALLY appreciate his honesty; he could have sold us a new phone but instead we can stay with our existing phones. HAPPY T-MOBILE CUSTOMERS!!!

Long story short, the staff here are very patient and quick to offer solutions that one would otherwise not think of. Very knowledgable and kind.I was hurting for a phone charger and mine was dead. I was unable to pay for a charger until I could turn on my device (samsung s22). Juan immediately offered to charge my phone. However, it turned out there was an issue with my charging port. Cas took the time to carefully inspect the issue which was very kind as i didn't even think to ask! It turned out there was a hardware issue, and thus irreparable. But Juan quickly suggested a wireless charging solution.They charged my phone with enough juice to purchase a charger and i now have a solution to a problem i've had for months now!I really appreciate their effort and problem-solving skills.

I bought a new phone online thru T-Mobile, but was unable to set it up on my own. Jeff helped me. He was a SAINT! He was very patient & even had to call my old Verizon service, to change over my #.THANK YOU JEFF! I couldn't have done it without you!

Today I went to get a new iPhone after work because I was really due for a new one. I was greeted by Lamar & he was the one to assist me. He made everything super easy & fairly quick & helped me with all of my questions! He walked me through all that I needed & I couldn't be happier with my new iPhone! He even helped me pick out a pretty glittery phone case! Great customer service. I recommend asking for him if visiting this location.

I was watching and waiting. This "Karen" customer got this employee really working. The comment i heard was "charge up my phone i got places to go". No "thank you". No "please." The employee just did it. Come on people. These employees aren't your dogs. Be polite and thankful you got a store to go to.
