Austin has been our tax accountant for several years. We cannot thank him enough for helping us through what is typically a stressful tax season. Austin is polite and extremely detail-oriented. We feel 100% confident in the care of Austin and appreciate his manners and professionalism. It feels like he truly cares about our success and is invested in our future. He's responsive to our questions and is quick to address any of our concerns. He's totally worth the cost!

Raymond didn't hesitate to reach out despite this being extremely last minute and without even knowing whether or not he could help he took the time to try anyway. He enlightened us with some things that we didn't even know and he kept it real. I appreciated the time and effort even though we didn't officially use their services at the end of the day. I met Ray and Austin in person five years ago. Ray ended up doing my taxes and everything was fine up until last year. Two problems arose which made me switch to someone else this year. First, I requested Ray to initiate a tax payment from a specific bank account, which I mentioned in my email. Instead, he used a bank account from previous returns. This caused me to pay fees and penalties. When I mentioned that he had used the wrong account, he did not admit his mistake nor apologize. Instead, he told me which account he had used and that I needed to make the corrections myself.Second, my taxes had gotten more complicated and I expected him to do calculations with the tax service (which I expected to pay for, of course). Not only did he expect me to do the calculations myself, he was very abrupt when asking for the totals. I didn't want to go through that again, so I called Austin this week and asked him to do my taxes this year. However, he refused. He said the reason is they are a team. He asked what the problem was and when I explained the calculations I needed them to do, it was clear he didn't understand. And instead of admitting it, he became agitated and kept interrupting me. He would say "humbly" before he countered an opinion; however, his tone was confrontational and defensive. His point was that they can't give advice nor represent me in an audit so they can't do calculations. I can appreciate his opinion. Yet, ultimately, it seems they can only do simple taxes; anything more complicated is beyond their abilities. Also, his customer support and communication/empathy skills were lacking. Their allegiance is to the "team," so you are abandoned when there is a problem. After being a customer for five years, I didn't feel supported at all, and I wouldn't recommend them.

I had some questions about 2022 tax filings since my filing would be slightly different for 2022. I called and Austin picked up and he was super helpful! He was honest with Me which was really good because it built trust and gave me the sense that I could talk to him about my concer s and that he would help me to the best of his abilities. I will be going to Austin for my 2022 tax filings in 2023

I met with Austin and he went above and beyond in helping me with my taxes. He is a life saver!! I recently started a sole proprietorship and had made a huge mess of everything, hence my desperate call for tax help. I had also shut down my previous LLC since clearly I didn't know what I was doing! Not only did Austin thoroughly explain everything, but he graciously sent an excel sheet to keep me organized going forward. And let me tell you, I used every minute of our 1 hr session! It's THAT time again... Dun dun dun. It's either going to be: ***Carlton dance*** OR ***Rationing grains of rice*** Every year, I tell myself, I'll get my taxes done early to start the new year off right. It never happens and before I knew it was almost April. I emailed Austin for help and he quickly responded. Uploaded my tax docs on Dropbox, and in the SAME day, he said, he was ready to go over my 2021 filing when I was ready. We met that same afternoon over Zoom. He went through my filing and even included a breakdown comparison from previous years. Sent over the docs for signing via DocuSign. And, in the SAME week... BAM. Received my federal return and several days later, my state return. Austin is extremely easy to work with, communitive, knowledgeable, and I love his sense of urgency to just get things done. Thank you, Austin for another seamless filing!
