Tesla comes with self drive as long as you have your hands on the wheel. today when we were going home the Tesla cancelled on us even with both hands gripping the wheel. Either Tesla systems need work or we got scammed.

I don't usually write too many reviews but this one is well deserved!! Once again I brought in my model Y for warranty issues and contacted Teo in service. This guy always goes above and beyond to make sure we address any concerns I may have and genuinely cares about customers. So then my car goes in and i am contacted numerous times with updates and timelines regarding what is being fixed and resolved. Even though we couldn't correct all the issues I still can't say how good these guys are, even the technician Alex Crispi spoke with me and had direct follow up with me during the whole time they had my car " seriously ?? What kind of freaking amazing service is this !! In my book they are absolutely amazing between Teo and Alex Crispi with follow up , attn to detail and friendly customer service thank you guys I can guarantee I will have every single person I know with a Tesla "which is a lot of people" go and see Teo and Alex

Would go with zero stars if possible. Terrible company, terrible engineering. terrible cars, worthless warranties. There are other ev options today, go with one of those. We have owned a model 3 for three years, with less than 25000 miles on it. The car has been a maintenance nightmare suffering multiple flats and bent rims driving the same roads in the same conditions as our other vehicles, due prioritizing looks over function in standard equipment, and poor material quality. The most recent issue being a component, the super bottle, entirely integral to both the drive unit and battery but not considered part of either for the purposes of warranty coverage, failed at the same time that our basic warranty was elapsing. Tesla’s ever so helpful service team suggested we monitor it when calling for an appointment. So we did until the issue arose again more recently, so we sought to schedule service and Tesla again attempted to ask us to monitor the situation before attempting service, which we declined. Only to discover that if we had not listened to Tesla’s suggestion the first time we may have been covered under our warranty.

Went there for service- service took a lot longer than expected- didn’t fix all the issues they were supposed to address (became clear after I’d left the service center)

if you made a mistake like buying a tesla, this will only be the beginning. although my vehicle is only 15.000 miles and 1 year old, sounds started coming from one of the passenger doors, which I almost never use. i took it to the service under warranty and guess what! they made it worse. now both the door does not work functionally and the glass makes noise. When I first left the vehicle, they said it was ready, they told me that they made a mistake and told me to come back tomorrow, and when I went the next day and picked up the vehicle, I was faced with this other situation. I need to go to the service 3 times for the smallest problem. service staff are very careless and constantly interrupt you to get rid of them.

We recently purchased a new Model Y at the San Francisco showroom and were very impressed with our Tesla Sales Representative, Nick Abraham. He was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the process. Once the sale was finalized, he guided us through the paperwork phase, promptly answering our calls and texts.Thank you for your excellent service!Kathryn Wayne & Gary Nelson

Asked about the $7500 federal tax credit, gave me wrong information. Says I can’t get the money if tax was withheld with my paycheck. I was confused. Irresponsible sales.

Really poor service. I took my car in to get the front passenger door fixed on Monday and was told the part was delivered damaged so I needed to reschedule the appointment for Friday and they would do it via mobile service. So the service center scheduled a 8am-12pm Friday mobile service appointment to get the door fixed. No one showed up, no communication, and no one responded to questions on the mobile app. Finally, at 5pm I got a message that they didn't have the part and that I'll have to reschedule the appointment. Absolutely terrible communication & no proactive work to make sure they don't waste their customers' time.

These people are too crazy about money to care about customers. I had a “passenger safety restraint system fault” warning in my car. Everyone online had it fixed and it costed less than $100 on average. They requested $1400. Wow. If this is not slaughtering I don’t know what is.

Wow! The best tesla service center I have ever been to. In previous experiences in Berkeley and LA, it takes over 2 months to get an appointment but I was able to schedule one here for the next week. They had coffee and snacks and my repair was done in 30 min. I didn't catch his name but the person working on my car was a younger asian man with glasses. I am definitely going to look for him next time I have to come in. I had such a hatred for tesla service centers before but now I am glad to know I can rely on this location!!

AJ from the mobile service team is absolutely best-in-class. He took the time to walk me through the service I needed, shared pro-tips on tools worth having on-hand and completed everything in under 45 minutes; I couldn't recommend the guy enough. Thanks, AJ!

Poor service qualityDuring the repair process, they scratched my front bumper. They returned the car to me despite knowing about the scratch, and I had to go back to have it replaced. When replacing the bumper, they did not cover the cost of my damaged parts. They refused to cover the cost, even though it was their fault, and had a bad attitude about it.Bty, Except for a Chinese man named Kenny who works efficiently and takes responsibility, the rest of the people there are very rude.

Buying a Tesla has quite possibly been the worst decision I have ever made in my life #neveragain.List of issues include you get nowhere near the expected EPA miles (so far off it’s laughable), parts keep breaking down and super expensive to repair (I am always shocked at the bills from the service center and can’t go to my old mechanic), tires needs to be changed every 10,000 miles vs. 40,000 on my old car, etc so $10k tire bill vs. $2k before since the tires are so much more expensive, etc.Not to mention tha car just feels like an expensive golf cart that is not at all fun to drive and with the crazy erratic pricing policy the company is following it’s probably safe to say even with the current discount, the car price will at least depreciate by 50% more in a few years when a newer / better / cheaper model comes out.#neveragain

Had an absolute horrible time dealing with the sales associate named Troy, he managed to both be condescending & didn’t seem to know anything about Tesla cars. This was honestly the worst car dealership I have ever visited, I’ve never been to a dealership where staff know absolutely nothing about the Tesla model 3 or Y and can’t answer a single question ?
