About The Beacon
The Beacon is a modern residential development in San Francisco that offers a range of amenities to its residents. The complex consists of two towers, both of which feature outdoor spaces on the fourth floor, including a large gym and, in one tower, a dog run accessible to all residents. Some units on the fourth floor even have private porches.
The Beacon is praised for its great amenities, parking, and the on-site Safeway grocery store. The location is also convenient, being close to the baseball stadium, coffee shops, restaurants, and the Mission Creek Park with a dog park. However, overnight guest parking can be a bit pricey at $30 for 24 hours.
Residents enjoy the historical charm of the building and the sense of being part of San Francisco's ongoing story. The new management has also been responsive to concerns, such as adjusting the schedule for fire alarm tests during working hours. Overall, the Beacon provides a modern and well-equipped living experience in the heart of the city.
The building is beautiful it's just too bad that Safeway is right here in the bottom of it and that makes for a hassle....

Since I've left my original review, new management has been incredibly responsive to concerns about fire alarm tests during working hours and giving effective notice. I wanted to change my star rating to reflect that.

2 towers, they both have outdoor space on the 4th floor. Both towers have a large gym, one has a pool the other has a dog run which can be accessed by all residents. Some units on the 4th floor have a porch.
