A**holes all around. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else. There are so many better venues in San Francisco and you can use your money to support good instead of the worst our society offers us. Check out cafe du nord, for example. Anywhere honestly. Just not here this place is cursed.

Gorgeous venue and kind staff. The sets had awesome lighting and there were ear plugs for purchase for $3 incase you forget yours!

Amazing venue tucked into Valencia St in the Mission. Upstairs bar had no line, not a bad spot to stand anywhere in the small house. Highly recommend! Grab dinner nearby. Easy walk from 16th/Mission BART.

Love this venue, its lineup of artists and the staff. But was very surprised to have The Curio closed after the recent Hauschka show ended at 10:45pm! A Thursday night in the mission nowadays I guess...

Definitely my favorite music venue in SF. Really nice bar area and two levels of viewing and beautiful audio engineering.

Great sound, never overcrowded, and so close to my house. Pro tip: if you arrive early for a show you can usually get a seat upstairs. The neighborhood is lucky to have this place ?

Great music venue. I love the intimate performance space and the sound is great. They also have good beers, which is always a plus.

You guys set the bar for what a proper small venue should be and how it should be run. Wonderful place, staff, management, and professional sound.

There is a lot to like about the Chapel. It's an attractive and intimately sized room. The booking is eclectic. The staff is nice. It's well located (although parking sucks in the mission) so maybe take BAR, MUNI or UBER. All that said, I've been to two shows there in the last week and the sound for each of them pretty much sucked. In each case the mix was such, that one or two instruments dominated. It was really hard to hear the vocals. It was two different sound men, so perhaps the problem is in the system. There are two flying line arrays on each side and some lower fill monitors also on the side but not pointed towards the center. So maybe they need to figure out a center fill component. In any case, if left feeling like I got less than the full show, because I couldn't really hear the vocals and other elements of the band.

Really nice little music venue with super-friendly staff and welcoming and *useful* disabled access.

Such a fantastic vibe! Unparalleled customer service. And literally the best burger of my life. No joke——and I’m a burger girl.
