Unfortunately this store might be a scam. I ordered Christmas gifts online for in-store pickup in November and no one will answer the phone at this store, and the online support refuses to assist or locate the order. Really awful customer experience.

Much smaller than the old downtown location. It seems a bit like Ross now. Seems randomly assorted and not a large selection of items. Best to shop online and have items shipped to you

Manager and employees were super helpful and nice. Returned my order and gave me a gift card and then I was able to buy the correct storage bins with no hassle or problems. Thank You very much!!!

Had our Elda closet built there. Anne was our designer. Super friendly and other staff there are very friendly too. The store is very quiet and easy to talk with anyone you shop with.

I had a great experience here. I just had to run in for a purse organizer insert but they let me dump my purse and get it organized at a little table there. Also, the organizer is great! I'd definitely recommend it! Both The Container Store and the organizer.

So my 1st time here a the new location and i did find it but OMG its on the Top Floor of that Hideous Giant Warehouse Building that used to have the toy r us and that beth bath & beyond i think And STILL has tge Trader Joe's In it and i Always HATED THAT BUILDING AND its a pretty Dreadful Area but finally Found the Container Store on the Top Parking Garage Area !! I went and inside was a Hot Mess and Pallets with Boxed Merch and godawful plastic wrap All over the Floor !! The Staff were Very Nice and Helpful & simultaneously trying to make space and reStock Everything !! I felt Bad for All of Them and i Will go Back Because they Have Everything !! But What A Trip !! Good Luck with The New Location!!

I ordered custom Elfa shelving for my closet a few weeks ago and paid to have it installed. First off, they said I'd have to come pick it up from the store when it arrived which is bizarre -- I'm paying them to install it, so why do I have to go pick it up?
Then when I went to go pick it up, I decided to get groceries at Trader Joe's while I was there. I got my groceries and then headed up to the second level to pick up my stuff from the Container Store, only to discover that they had secretly changed their hours and closed 10 minutes before I got there, but Google Maps still has their old hours.
So now I'll have to go back yet again to pick up the product that I'm paying them $100s of dollars to install which they can't just bring to me when they install it for some reason.
Take your business elsewhere if you can.

We used to go to the old shop every Christmas but they no longer have the selection they used to.
