First of all, they drop wrong pin. Written address is correct but the pin is absolutely not at that address. Second, they work when they want. Or don't work? They have lunch break from 12:30 till 1:30, now is 1:55 and nobody here. I was trying to call 3 times today (morning, late morning and now) and nobody care the phone. You just keep hearing that they don't work Thanksgiving and Christmas day, and leave your message. Today is 24 - it's not a Christmas day. Where are you all?? Nice service! Let me put 0 for you!

Shoutout to the Filipina phlebotomist working 9/20 Friday! I HATE NEEDLES. Its why I haven't had a proper physical in years and why I don't know my blood type. After years of not getting a physical, I finally did it, which included getting a few blood tests. As irrational as my fear for needles sound, the woman working was super super super sweet. The whole process took about 30 minutes. Because I was nervous, she had me lie down, do exercises to keep my mind off of it, and counted with me. I still felt the pinch, I still had my eyes closed tight, and I still hated it but it was as pleasant as it could ever be for me. Very glad I went here to get my blood drawn and will come here again, but only if she's working here!

I showed up a little before 8:00 AM; Lisa had me come right in and she took care of my blood draw quickly and with no pain. She was very gentle and efficient.
