Didn’t even end up testing my blood, laughed and yelled at me. Do not go here. Unprofessional and an incredible lack of compassion for “patients”.

Didn't even end up testing my blood. Incredibly unclear, unprofessional, and lacking compassion. As someone who is already highly anxious when it comes to needles and blood work, this was the absolute last way I wanted and expected to be treated.

To start it off the location on maps is incorrect, I called and asked for help finding the location and she explained to the best of her ability. Once I got to the place she told me to get to I called and she hung up on me mid question. In the office, very unenthused of my presence, my doctor had to fax over a document and she complained to me that she remained open for me (mind you they close at 4:45 and I arrived at 4.) She was watching a show loudly the whole time. Then proceeded to tell me that she couldn't help me and complained about me being there. I left and did not get what I needed to get done. Would not recommend this location.

Lisa is one of the best phlebotamists I have ever visited. She is very experienced and skillful. I recommend her services.

Yesss. Another great experience at Patient Service Center. Lana was awesome! She was super sweet and gentle. Made it as pleasant as possible. Blood draws terrify me so I'm thankful for people like Lana. Office was large and clean, waiting room was huge (but cold), bathroom was meh. The lab is in Chinatown, which was interesting. I haven't been to Chinatown in years. Mostly everyone who stopped by had English as their second language. It was nice to see Lana explain everything carefully and patiently.

I was referred by my specialist for a blood draw at The Laboratory. Since I was in the Chinatown area, I elected the facility at the Mandarin Towers. This office had a large waiting room was bright and clean. Since no appointments are necessary, I was expecting a wait for my draw. I walked in and there were no patients in the office. The phlebotomist welcomed me, reviewed my doctor's lab request and made a copy of my insurance card. She then directed me to the draw room and drew the vial of blood. Quick and painless. The process was complete and I was out of the lab in less than ten minutes. It was a quick and pleasant experience.
