This is a cool and trendy place to get wine and drinks. It's kind of a comfortable place that is like a lounge and it is more quiet and cozy then loud. It can accommodate late groups or it is good to go out with friends or on a date. I went with some girl friends and we all got a glass of wine. The ambience here is dimly lit and the service is good.

It was an absolute joy to eat at this truly fantastic restaurant. To begin, as you come in, it becomes clear that you are with people who pay attention to every little detail, and yet, you feel comfortable, and relaxed. I am not a food critic, so I can't do justice to how delicious the food was. I can tell you that my husband is -mostly- vegan, so I got myself a fish dish, him the vegan special, and my kids a chicken dish. I thought I would like mine the most, but a quick steal of my husband's dish, I considered becoming vegan!! The service perfectly matches the food: top notch. Absolutely top notch. Do yourself a favor, treat yourself, and visit this restaurant. Your moth, mind and soul, will truly thank you!

My nieces were in charge of my Sister In law's celebration of life and found this place! Great find girls! Just maybe on the main floor instead of downstairs!

Beyond belief. I had no idea what was in store for me until I was led to their establishment. Reimagine. What their doing here is so powerful. I came to say goodbye, hello, welcome and more. Then I got hit with healing. And filled with light. I thought I had light, they helped me Reimagine it with my wifes light fused within me and what happened next...I won't spoil your own experience. I got a gift while I was here. I'm gonna put it to use.

The Laundry clearly is one of the coolest coffee shops in SF! The atmosphere is very chill and the people working there are extremely nice! Oh and their chocolate brownies are just unreal!

I won't lie...I was generally apprehensive when I heard that our school dance was going to be held offsite. Not that I'd heard anything specific about The Laundry...again, my apprehensions were general. Would they let us serve food? Yes! Oh, great! That surprised me...I expected talk of liability and such. Would they side-eye us because we're a high school? AKA, teenagers everywhere? Not at all! We were warmly greeted.Would we get good service despite lack of tech money? Yes! Staff was present and engaged and available whenever we needed them. Would they nitpick our situation and tell us NO at every turn? No! They were creative in helping us set up and hung around until we were ready to roll. I feel like they genuinely enjoyed having us there.Would they give us the bum's rush at the end of the night? Not at all! In fact, our own people did that LOL. Teachers, man...can't imagine why they might be sick of being around teenagers for 15 hours straight?P.S. I was set up downstairs and had no trouble with cell service so it seems that improvements have possibly been made judging from older reviews.

No need for photos. Check out the high quality images on The Laundry webpage. The vibe is quiet, restful. The tone is minimalist, with high end artistic architecture and the space is beautifully and expertly designed. I plan to host my next event here. The place is intimate but high tech neat and The Laundry has the best coffee, this side of 26th street.

I've been to this place a few times over the past month or so and I like. Wednesday happy hour is the best time to come as they have DJ's and a good crowd. Which includes some crazy techno dancers computer geeks that are funny to watch.

I visited this place to go see "The Premise," an underground (literally!) comedy show. The ground floor venue was closed for the evening, but the event took place in its basement. Drinks were available for purchase, and the comedy show was free of charge. You could reserve tickets online, but it was perfectly acceptable to just walk in without tickets. The night I went, the comedians were hilarious and I had a great time!! I would say it's one of the best free comedy shows I have ever seen! Really spectacular comedians!! If you want to comfortably sit down, you should arrive early since it fills up quickly and seats are limited. There are a few areas where you could stand and watch, but this venue is not for the claustrophobic. I would love to go again if I'm ever in the area!
