Heidi was very helpful. I had a very complicated international shipment. she explained the process and obtained all the information needed for the shipment without any complaints. I wasn't aware that it was a huge process but she was very helpful and I will be coming back in the future. Another plus; no long lines like the Post Office!!

This place is GREAT and the people who work there are kind, helpful and friendly! They sign for and keep my packages safe. That's worth every penny. Where else are you going to get that? In San Francisco, this is a necessity. And honestly, I'm thankful a place like this exists because it saves me a ton of headaches - especially worrying about my deliveries. It's not a bargain - you pay for convenience and the service and IMO it's well worth it. Do not listen to the whiney creeps screeching about this wonderful small business - in fact give them more business to make sure they're here to serve the neighborhood for a long long time!

I've visited this place more than a dozen times, and there's always something that prevents me from accomplishing what I come to do. Examples: The printer is on the fritz, or they don't take USPS packages over a certain size or in a certain kind of box, or they've run out of FedEx labels that allow me to bill my company, they don't take UPS at all... I really want to like this place, but it always feels like I'm wasting my time there. They always have an excuse for everything instead of solutions. Don't waste your time here -- the UPS Store at Market & Castro always handles anything I throw at them.

Heidi was incredibly helpful! I needed to cut some paper with more precision than just using scissors and she offered to let me use their paper slicer free of charge when I went in to grab some tape! 10/10 customer service! Thanks, Heidi!!

I go on weekday afternoons and have never had to wait for service. Super friendly and helpful. I mostly use them for shredding, only $1/lb. That's as low as I've seen anywhere in the city. If you're sending out a gift they have everything you need, cards, boxes, gift wrap, tape, & postage. One stop. Yeah!

I've been coming here for years and was totally satisfied with their service, and not until today have I felt so ripped off. I needed a 2 page black and white document printed, and to save time, I emailed it to them for them to print later. Once I went to pick it up, they charged me nearly THREE DOLLARS to print TWO black and white pages. If I had brought it on my own USB it would have been FIFTY CENTS. I was shocked. I have NEVER gone to any printshop service where I was charged $2.50 just for an employee to open the company email and click print. So this review is a warning that if you need something printed, bring it yourself on a USB and print it directly from their copy machine. Otherwise they will charge you over $2.50 to do it. It's insane that they would charge customers more than average just because it's via email for the same TWO pages.

This place is absolutely terrible, the people are snotty, and they nickel and dime you for everything. I asked to ship the package I was holding and was told I need to pay to print my label, which I did, and then was told after I paid to print my label, that my box was too large to ship... I bought that box from them the day before. As someone who's worked in customer service, I understand the rough days. But the rudeness level at this location goes above and beyond. Customers who ask for help, are actively laughed at. Do not go here.

They will not give a receipt for FedEx packages that you drop off. For that you must go to an actual FedEx location. Convenient, but some of the employees are downright rude, borderline hostile. It’s cheaper to get tape etc. at the hardware store a couple doors down.
