They have the best ice creams!! Can't count how many times I've come to this store just to try each of the flavors from their menu. While parking is quite difficult in San Francisco in general, there are good spots along Mission if you just patiently wait. I absolutely love ordering their strawberry here! Was a bit adventurous and combined it with the mexican vanilla and man, it was so good! A must have! Some other cool treats are their bacon wrapped chocolate and the jelly beans. It's a whole store full of yummy stuff!

So here due to a new app call TooGoodToGo. So Too Good To Go is a mobile application that connects customers to restaurants and stores that have unsold food surplus. Instead of a business just tossing the food in the garbage they sell it at a reduced price for less of a lost than just tossing in garbage. So I don't have any issues with food that isn't freshly made, just as long as isn't stale. I am all for reducing food waste. For fighting food waste at Too Good To Go. The listing sound nice for $5.99 I was to get $18 worth of product, product I had no choice in but whatever they decided within their 10 - 3 PM pickup. Which was perfect for right after work. The place is so new that the building still says Firestone due to the garage next door using this building before. Only the door has the identifier. So what I got was 3 tins of chocolate. Their value were based upon retail price of the chocolates at the tourist shops they were selling to, not their own prices. No one but a tourist would be paying that much for a single tin.

My cousin purchased my wife and I some of their milk and dark chacolate drops as a Christmas present and I have to say I am profoundly disappointed in the quality of it. The flavor and texture is like very very cheap bulk holiday candy for children very little actual cocoa flavor. The tins are very nice and get three stars the chacolate is a one star product at best.

Purchased bulk chocolates with custom designed tins. Katrina is wonderful, her team did a smashing job. Easily met our deadline and presentation was perfection. Kudos! Willy Wonka would be proud!

This place charges you $25 to ship your order and an extra $4 if you need it in two days. I paid the extra $4 because I needed it for mother's day. They never shipped it!!! It's been 5 days and now its mother's day. This company sucks. Oh and you can't reach anyone at customer service for questions! Do not buy from here!

Our grand daughter got a severe reaction to eating Santa Barbara 72% Chocolate drops. It was a similar reaction she gets when she tastes dairy.

I am a business owner that has recently started a new business. I came across SF Chocolate Factory chocolates in a lovely metal box from a wine shop. After seeing the beauty of the box and the incredible chocolates I knew I needed to contact SF Chocolate Factory to look at options of featuring them in our boxes. Immediately I was contacted by Cory who was so willing and knowledgeable about the marketing and products that could give our company a positive image. Cory worked with me from the beginning of the design and choice of chocolates and was consistently available. The end result we got branded tins that beautifully represented our company. My husband and I traveled to SF from Seattle to meet with Candy Companies, most importantly to meet Cory in person. We were so delighted to come to their Corporate Office at 1519 Mission and was greeted by the kindest crew and we got to meet the owner! They have an exceptional culture there and felt great positivity and kindness. I recommend them and will be utilizing SF Chocolate Factory for many more orders.
