I used Torgsyn several times in the past few months for jewelry (rings, bracelets and necklaces) and received great service and professional assistance. The repairs were done in an excellent manner, very affordable and pieces looked great. I also purchased a chain for a pendent and got it at a very good price. My primary contact was Polina V, she is very nice, helpful with suggestions and took the time to explain the repair process and timing. I highly recommend Torgsyn for repairs and jewelry purchases!

Polina was extremely helpful with the engagement ring process. She explained everything to make all the differences of various stones clear, never tried to upsell me, and always helped me look for the best value I could get. Her communication skills were incredible throughout the whole process and always got back to me quickly when I had questions. The watch my father gave me as a child broke, specifically the clasp. While passing through the city, I went to the Torgsyn workshop. I must say, their service exceeded all my expectations. Not only did they complete the repair overnight, but they also replaced the necessary part and performed maintenance – all for free. I am absolutely thrilled. If you need to repair a watch or jewelry that holds sentimental value, this is the first place you should go.

I recently had a pleasure of working with Igor Shaposhnikov at Torgsyn. He repaired one of my watches, replaced the battery in another, and even took the time to explain how to properly use a third watch. Igor is attentive, professional, and incredibly efficient. Paulina is AMAZING! She was so helpful in appraising some antiques I had as well as making a fair offer for several vintage jewelry pieces. I also had Paulina help redesign and repair several antique rings that were passed down to me that turned out more beautiful than imagined. Paulina was so helpful, thoughtful, and honest. I felt like family there. Will definitely be going back for all my jewelry needs!

Went in to get my GFs ring resized from 7.5 to 5.5. The people here did excellent work and were very kind! Because of the change in size they had to re-set all of the gems in the ring and they did an amazing job, you can’t even tell that work was done on it!
