Bedrooms comfortably fit queen-sized beds and have spacious closets, while bathrooms offer decent countertop and storage space. A choice of accent wall color is a noted plus. The building offers great amenities, including a well-functioning and secure package room, a sufficient laundry room, and access to a rooftop and a gym, with notable views from the building. The staff is helpful, attentive, and professional, known for being kind, thorough, and generous with their time during tours. They are appreciated for answering questions thoroughly, explaining options without pressure, and making the process easier. Parking is available, with staff willing to provide detailed information. The overall experience is one of a dream home, with staff who truly care about resident needs.
After spending two weeks searching for a new home, While feeling overwhelmed and tired. I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for Yeri. Although I didn’t choose Tower 737 because of commuting needs for work, I truly appreciated her professionalism on making a stressful process so much easier.

This building is mostly studio condos that are rented out as apartments there is a leasing agent on site, pretty good amenities, gym, office space
