I had a gel manicure here less than a week ago. Now the top layer is pealing off, leaving the base layer. The layer pealing off is sticky and smells like regular nail polish. I can only assume that a layer of non gel nail polished was used in between the gel layers. There is no way for a layer of gel to come off once it’s been cured. Waste of time and money.

Kelly did a great job on my acrylic fill. She is very detail oriented. Prior to the fill my full set lasted 4 weeks looking great, they could have gone longer too, they aren't chunky, very natural looking! This place is great, clean and with good availability.

Went on Sunday, June 30th and had a mani-pedi. I got gel nails with added length. Two hours go by and she finishes my hands (another worker had done most of my pedi) but there's a bunch of bumps, the paint is uneven, and the edges weren't cleaned. I bring this up to her and she says she'll have to redo them but I didn't have time for that so I paid and left. She didn't even give me a discount for the shoddy work and I'm mad at myself for still paying. This is my cautionary tale.

I normally go to Diane’s nail shop but they are closed on Tuesdays so I thought I would give this place a try. Sloppy from the nail cut, to cuticle care to the polish itself.
Lady doing my nail put two coats and wanted to put top coat,…! I could see the uneven streaks, I asked for a third coat and ended up with this sloppy looking finish. ?♀️I spent an hour sitting in a dingy, cold shop, after 50$, wish I hadn’t gone here.

This was the best pedicure experience we’ve had in the US! Kelly, the owner, was amazing. Her work was meticulous and perfect. Above all, everyone was super friendly, kind, and sociable. Made us feel very welcome and we had amazing nails afterwards!We will definitely be coming back next time we’re in SF!
