The woman cashier is an ignorant, rude, uneducated person who has no manners. She answered the phone on a Monday morning 9-29-2025. She answered saying nothing to identify the store then hung up. I called back several times and nobody answered.
What kind of a place is this? If I were in charge, she would be out of my employ, period.

My favorite place to buy Anime & Manga merchandise with reasonable price.Only downside that they're out of stock very fast. First come, first serve when it comes to buying latest Manga titles/volume because the people binge buy every Manga.

Worse customer service. Never coming back. I would give them no starts if it was available.I wanted a steel color vent cover. They had 1 in black. He said buy or or leave. Do not buy here.He use to have hardware store in Polk St.Probably went out of business for same reason.Do not buy here!

I came over here to get some cables and after some time perusing O asked the owner for some advice on which cable was best for my electrical system. But the owner started rudely started yelling at me, saying I took too long to make a decision and buy something, telling me he hasn't seen someone wait as long as myself in his entire life( I was there for no more than 4 minutes) and then telling yelling at me to "HURY UP AND BUY ALREADY!!". I tried to calm this guy down cuz he seem liked he was having a bad day by sympathizing with him but he just kept going on a tirade for 2 minutes(which was I mistake for staying). He never answered my question, choosing to harass me instead and the prices in there aren't even a deal.

One of the worst places I have ever been to. I bought a showering hose for 15 in this place. It broke after seven days. I decided to ask for a replacement, and the lady at the front desk rudely told me that they don't do replacements. After that, I asked to see the boss, and she told me he was busy, while she hadn't even checked with him. One of the worst stores in the area.

I received a phone call from these people with a recording saying that someone was trying to make fraudulent charges on my credit card and if I would like to speak to a Federal officer to press one otherwise a warrant will be issued for my arrest. I double checked the phone number and it does match the phone number for this place. When I questioned them they hung up on me and when I called back they also hung up on me. Be very very very leery about doing business here.

As far as hardware stores, this one is below par as far as selection, being smaller. I bought an $11 item that I ended up not using since I bought a different version down the street at the far superior Ace Hardware nearby. I came back the next week to return it. They accept no returns. Do they mention this when you make a purchase? Of course not. I'm a personal assistant (& new home owner) and buy tons of supplies at hardware stores, not only for me, but for many of my clients. The item was only $11, clearly unused with no reason to have an issue to just re-sell it. They had nothing to lose by allowing the return, but a lot to lose refusing to. I asked if I could simply exchange it for something I actually could use. No. Customer service is definitely not on the table here. I highly recommend choosing to do business at one of their nearby competitors instead. I'm a small business owner. I like to support small businesses, but I will never return. And based on looking through a lot of other reviews, I am far from the only one who is not a fan...

Not sure how they are still in business. Front for money laundering? Rude, no service is bad even if you only speak Mandarin to them, there is Ace a block away.
