I was in there just now helped by Andy. I understood after the fact that he was also helping another customer. He was extremely rude and acted like I was trying to take him from the other customer. But I didn't realize he had another customer. He was also trying to help. I think it is because I was a woman. I think he is a misogynist. I probably will not shop here again because of this negative is experience. I hope the owner fires him.

I went to get a battery on Sunday 7/23 and the store should have been open. The main door had a big piece of plywood over it and the place was locked up.I hope everything is okay.The owner wrote and said everything is okay ... I'm really happy because I've always been able to count on them for everything I need and I look forward to going back in the future.

I went there on Saturday August 19 at 1:30 pm to copy the key and service been refused to me all I asked if he has better metal quality and he got offended and throw my key on the counter I don't know why we start arguing and exchanged a few bad words because I think he saw me I was look middle eastern he was refusing the service this is not fair and I take it really serious. This is racism because I look middle eastern when they refused the service

This store has all your hardware needs plus some. You'll be able to get your home projects done plus find the right tools and hardware to get the projects done that you've been thinking about doing but have been putting off. The prices are affordable and the store is well organized. Not to mention, they cut keys?! Get it!

Horrible customer service, doesn't provide measurements of the pipes, doesn't want to help. When you ask for sizes the person gets mad and asks tells you that you have an attitude and refuses to help, and says he doesn't know the sizes. I enjoy helping small businesses and mom and pop shops in SF, but this one isn't worth it.

This is a neighborhood hardware store that "packs" a lot of products into a small space. The attendants are always helpful in helping me locate items. While the space is relatively small they do offer a good selection of merchandise. And, they are affiliated with Ace Hardware.

This review is in regards to the service. I came in kind of late, I think they were closing. My car key broke down so I had to get a copy of one. The little lady was pretty funny. She was on her phone so I joked around with her in Cantonese. She looked like a high school student working for her family's business. I love supporting local businesses. Respect to this small shop!
