I don't usually write reviews, but I want to emphasize that Kazue is the most helpful, kindest banker I've met. I am extremely happy that I worked with her and she took so much time to explain everything to me. I do recommend her and this branch!

I needed change and none of the store at the mall nearby were willing to help. A store at the bridge of the mall recommended for me to come to this bank. The lady at the counter was the nicest person I've met at a bank! Such a caring, patient, and understanding person. I didn't catch her name, but she was the only person working at the counter when I went around noon. I would definitely come back to this location just because of her!

For the past twenty years (when it was Union Bank), issues I’ve come in for have been resolved to my satisfaction. Client relationship consultant Antonietta is always a pleasure to work with - she is friendly and warm, and very considerate of and attentive to our needs and goals. The branch is comfortable and quiet, and always a good reason to eat Japanese food when we come!

US Bank is a good bank overall (+1 star). This branch does not have a way to allow the deposit of coins and it does not have a notary service. And it's not like the branch is busy at all. (1 star).

I don't write reviews very often, but I visited this US Bank branch this morning and the customer service here was so exceptional that I just had to write a review. The employees at this branch were friendly, dedicated, and, above all, helpful. When I had a problem, they went way beyond anything I expected to help me out and get the problem solved. The way I was treated definitely ranks as one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had, and I'm almost 70 years old. Special thanks to banker Jason Lim for taking care of everything in an efficient and professional manner.
