if I could give them a zero review, I would. I called them asking them something I had a problem with a Depop delivery and the person I was talking to. I didn’t get her name but she was being very rude very passive aggressive. I said my name and she said it wrong honest mistake but she cut me off multiple times on the phone. I wasn’t raising my voice I wasn’t cursing, I was a very low and monotone voice. She was also doing something else while talking to me. It sounded like cabinets maybe she didn’t even help me. She didn’t go through a computer and wrote down my information or anything

Lugged a huge box with a dresser here to return and it’s closed! Says online and on the storefront it opens at 8AM but it’s 8:30AM and no one has opened the store yet.

Do NOT get your packages delivered here. I tried to pick up a package within the time required (5 business days), only to be told they already sent the package back to seller/retailer. They will not hold your package for you for the legally required number of days. This is a franchise, and the owners are very rude. When I asked them why they sent it back, they told me to take it up with UPS corporate and that it’s not their problem.Update: I had to call the retailer and after they realized that this UPS store sent the item back early, they reimbursed me immediately and re-ordered me a replacement. Great experience with retailer, terrible experience with this UPS location.

I came into this location as I saw a sign outside that said that they offered fingerprinting services. I have had the hardest time with this at other third party companies so I had to resort to ink and roll fingerprints. I went in, and the kind Indian gentleman was able to reassure me. He has never had fingerprints denied, and even took the time to first use the scan option to foresee if there would be issues with the ink and roll. He was very knowledgeable and had a great attitude. Well I got my results and passed with his help! I would definitely recommend this location because of that man that helped me that day.

AT&T told me to drop my router off here when I turned off home fixed internet, ACCESS INTERNET, due to moving. July 14, 2023, I went to store, waited my turn in line (only 2 of us), told man with moustache behind desk I was just here to turn in my router. He made a grunting sound, then sat on stool at one of the two monitors. He said nothing, but he did squint and glare at me. I had to chuckle out loud a little. I waited for some response. Should I just leave it? Do I need some paper or some proof.? I asked for a receipt. He didn't move a muscle, just looked at monitor, so I figured maybe it was the page messing up,...something? After 7 minutes of silence and no movement whatsoever, I decided to document my trip there, so I took photos of router where he put it, cords where he put them. I took close up of router info sticker on actual router. I also wrote out on a small piece of paper my full name, email used for AT&T, and my account number. Took photos of that. Took photos of that man at very beginning of realizing he was purposely ignoring me. Took another 7 minutes later, like I mentioned above. I had my documentation, my proof, said goodbye, and exited.I went home and tweeted my experience, along with photos.I called AT&T, explained what happened, and they seemed to hear me, to understand I DID LEAVE ROUTER WITH THE HORRIBLE MAN.They called me about not returning their equipment a couple weeks later. I explained I'd already talked to them. They said ok. They'd check on it, move it up to a mgr. Could they help with anything else?NO!A month later they did it again. A month after that, just a couple days ago, I said I was done explaining. It was THEIR rep who didnt return their equipment, not me. I was done, so stop calling me.

This is a small business that does good work. It's often run by only one person and he is very courteous. It can get busy at times, but in the end I always get my shipping, faxes, and copies done sufficiently and satisfactorily.

Do no do your LIVE SCAN here. It will take forever and you will be passed around for an answer. they will take your money and nothing will be processed in time or correctly. GO to another Place to do your LIVE SCAN.

Terrible service. Don’t use this ups. Staff is unhelpful. I waited 10 mins as only one in lineThen she wanted us to wait another 15 mins just to ship one thing. Don’t go here

Dropped off my package at 9am and it took 2 days to ship out my overnight package. Not sure if they placed it in the corner and forgot about it or if there were no pickups that day.

This store is part of the Oprah Plaza and is fairly reliable. The gentleman that I assume is the manager of the store is friendly and efficient. I’ve only seen 2 employees so if you’re in a rush and the store is busy, be prepared to be patient.

Patel helped me get a package collected from an Uber driver, packed and sent home after I left it at a hotel. Super helpful and outgoing.
