Terrible service, the owner Robbie is a complete jerk that doesn't care at all about the customer, incredibly bureaucratic, and an all-around terribly run store. I have had enough and will no longer be returning to this UPS location.

I needed to return something and didn't know how to do it. However the process was very simple and the worker was nice, helpful and professional. He explained everything clearly and was very polite.

I bought a 300 year old, incredibly delicate French porcelain bowl at auction nearby. The thoughtless auctioneer already shattered two pieces off of it (after allowing a complete stranger to manhandle it and take photos of it after I’d already paid for it, which I learned of because I SAW THEM POP UP IN A FACEBOOK GROUP) before she belatedly brought it to the UPS Store, which was bad enough.
This UPS Store obviously knew of the damage to the bowl and I asked them to use extra caution in packaging it; after paying nearly $100 to have it packed and shipped, it arrived held together by a big wad of high-tack packing tape. That’s how you treat fragile pieces in your care?
I spent over half an hour doing my best to delicately remove the tape and even still it further damaged the bowl. Photos included below showing the chunks of the bowl stuck to the tape.
TL;DR Careless and unprofessional packaging further damaged this one of kind antique. The 2 stars is because on the basics — double boxing, etc. — they did an okay job (I’ve seen worse), but the way they handled this antique bowl was not right.

I love this store. It's small but does so much business per square foot. Always friendly staff, always helpful, and always spot on.
I had no idea that I could mail USPS packages at UPS. Much easier and more convenient, pleasant, quicker process that the post office. I'll go there even more often
P.S. I use them to send and receive packages, send faces, make copies, buy boxes and more. Have for near 10 years now.

I called and made an appointment to have some papers notarized. When I arrived I was warmly greeted by Jessica the notary. I must admit the services she offered was extremely professional and very friendly. I most definitely would recommend this Office to Everyone

Staff are lazy. No body in line. I asked them to scan my Amazon return packages at the main kiosk, instead of the self check kiosk. I had issues before using the self check kiosk taking extra long to process my returns. They will not. Every other UPS will help I just have to wait in line. NEVER GOING BACK HERE AGAIN!

Got passport photos but they were not acceptable by USCIS. Called the store and they were unwilling to provide a refund.

I come here all the time and I have received 100% excellent help. They are polite and ready to help. I don't know why they would get a 1 score. Honestly, they are SO nice!

I stopped by to print the digital image file during my visit to the consulate of general of China. The clerk helps me to upload the files to computer. She shows me the operations step by step. She is very friendly. I really appreciate it.

Went for a return (I had a barcode that can be scanned for the package return) but the representative refused to accept the package citing that UPS doesn’t accept barcodes only QR codes. The barcode was literally generated from the UPS website, the representative didn’t bother to even try to scan. After a lot of insisting, he scanned and it worked. Either they are grossly incompetent not knowing their own products or they’re (not so) slyly pushing to use their printer services.

If you do an amazon return here, expect some unusual frustrations. They will not scan your label and will force you to rent their computers (costs $5 for 3 min) and will force you to print it on your own ($1 for a single piece). This is the first time I've seen a UPS location do this, which tells me either the employees don't care or there is an actual scam going on here. I wasted too much time and money to make a return here

Went in for an Amazon return first thing in the morning when no one was around and was pointed to using the return kiosk. I don’t work for free, so I insisted that the associate could do it for me, and he refused. Went to the kiosk, scanned the code, and the kiosk said to see an associate. The associate finally processed my return in less time than this whole interaction lasted. Left with a very poor customer experience

Front desk man greeted me this morning with rudeness and total lack of customer service. I will be avoiding this UPS store and hope that this employee gets some training on how to treat UPS customers with respect and courtesy.
