Only use this store as a last resort. Every visit here has taken me over 20 minutes. After waiting in an agonizingly long line, I was charged $21 for two medium-sized boxes.

I got in line to return my Amazon items just before closing and waited 15 minutes, only to be refused service when I reached the counter. There were still multiple people behind me in line, and the whole process felt disorganized and inconsiderate. After this experience, I won’t be coming back.

the guy behind the counter with long hair is so rude. He’s always huffing and puffing and sighing - extremely unprofessional. I’ve dropped off packages various times and every time I get him, he acts like he hates being there. The first time I thought he was having a bad day and didn’t think too much about it, but he’s like that every time. He needs customer service training or to find a new job if he hates this one that much… anyways the other guy with short hair and glasses is super friendly and nice, so it pains me to make this review but unfortunately the long hair guys behavior is unacceptable

These guys are always friendly, professional and amazing. Always awesome for a quick drops of Amazon or UPS; or for sending packages to friends. Great to have them in the neighborhood.

Probably the worst customer service experience I’ve had ever. Booked an appointment to get an important document notarized, showed up early for my appointment and was told the person doing the notarizing was leaving and they asked if I could come back tomorrow? Wouldn’t give me a time or a guarantee for an appointment. Kept walking away from me mid conversation … literally could not believe that. What’s the point of an online system for appointments if they don’t actually take them?

Guy with the glasses who speaks Spanish is always so cheerful and positive. I intentionally go to this UPS because the interactions are so great.

Can someone explain to me why every time i drop off a package here it gets shipped back to my house? Why do they rip off the label i put on? This is completely unhinged.
This never happens at any other UPS Store, yet consistently happens here.
Contacted them to let them know this keeps happening and their answer was: “i don’t know why this is happening.”
No solution, no help. Don’t come here.
