Taya did everything except help me, while assisting everyone else in line. I usually have great experiences at UPS—staff are typically friendly, explain things clearly, and pack items efficiently with a positive attitude.
This time, however, was completely different. Taya told me to handle everything myself because I had “too many items,” even though she was helping other customers with similar needs. She pointed out the people behind me and said she couldn’t help because I would be holding up the line—ironically, the line only built up because she was moving so slowly in the first place. I had actually arrived when the store was empty.
Beyond refusing to help, she seemed completely uninterested in being efficient or even mildly helpful. Compared to her male colleague, who was working quickly and professionally, her approach felt careless and dismissive.
I don’t understand why the number of items I have should affect the level of service I receive. Every customer should be treated equally. Instead of spending 5–10 minutes like usual, I ended up staying over 30 minutes because she refused to assist me. It felt really unfair and frustrating. To be honest, her attitude was unbearable, and I doubt anything will be done about it for a certain reason.
There are so many hardworking people—especially immigrants—who would be truly grateful to have a job like this and would go above and beyond to treat every customer with care and respect. They understand that even a demanding job like this can offer meaningful opportunities. So why not hire people who actually value the position and take pride in doing it well?
The other staff members are usually excellent—helpful, efficient, and respectful. I understand this is a demanding job, but that doesn’t justify poor service or selective treatment.

Avoid this location. Their shipping fees are far more expensive than other UPS Stores, and
THEY CHARGE $4 PRINTING FEE + $1 PER SHEET
That's right, $5 to print one sheet of 8.5x11 paper!

They charge me 5 dollars for printing one regular sheet, which just the return label.
I saw previous review that it charged $4.33, it is $5 for return label now.

The close proximity to the store and the several of the female staff. They welcome me into the store, say hello and help me with the labels, boxing of items and while this might be simple - it’s welcomed by me. It’s a personal touch and a time of AI in Chatbot auto responders for customer service that really do nothing but upset people more and more and part of the reason why I like how friendly they are because I live alone and I’m an older disabled military veteran so if it were farther away, it wouldn’t work for me at all and I’d probably see almost no one all week sometimes a hello, makes my entire day. there’s a wonderful lady in the store on April 7 at 2:30. I’m the guy who had the dog in the red stroller.

Terrible service, avoid if you can. They will nickle and dime you. Olivia was particularly unhelpful.

Avoid UPS at All Costs – Worst Delivery Service Ever!
If I could give zero stars, I would. UPS is the most incompetent and irresponsible delivery company I have ever dealt with. I paid extra for 2-day delivery, but my package was delayed for nearly a week. These were important legal documents, and because of their failure, I had to spend more money on attorney fees due to the delay.
Their customer service is useless—they keep redirecting you from one place to another, making false promises, and providing zero real solutions. I visited their store, called multiple times, and wasted hours of my time, only to be told in the end that they won’t compensate me because the package was “eventually” delivered.
Why lie to customers and make them go through a pointless claims process if you already know you won’t take responsibility? UPS does not value their customers, does not respect their time, and does not care about providing reliable service.
I will never use UPS again, and I will warn everyone I know to avoid them at all costs. Expect to see my negative reviews everywhere. UPS is permanently on my blacklist.

I loved how UPS handled everything for me, from packaging to shipping; the process was flawless.

I don’t usually write negative reviews, but after many visits, I feel like I have to. This is my local UPS store, so I come here often, and the customer service is consistently terrible. The staff is unprofessional, condescending, and just plain rude.
-I’ve had multiple issues with returns that come with QR codes for UPS to scan and print the label. Instead of doing that, they refuse and tell me to print it myself. When I try to show the email instructions, I get cut off and spoken to in a condescending tone.
-When dropping off packages, one particular staff member often yells ( yes yells!!) that I have to scan it myself—even when no other customer is in the store and I also have other things I need their help with, and when I ask if they are refusing to help, she snaps, “I’m teaching you how to use the machine,” in the same rude way.
This has happened at least five times this year and many more over the last two years. It’s beyond frustrating that a UPS store has staff this unhelpful and unprofessional.
Don’t go there—there’s another UPS at China Basin with much friendlier and more professional staff.

If there were a zero-star option, I’d give it to this place. The worker had no idea what they were doing. I was supposed to receive my passport three days ago and even paid extra to get it faster. They said it would be safer to have it delivered to the store, but that wasn’t the case. My passport package has been missing from the system for four days now. When I called and visited the store, all they told me was to wait. Wait for what? The passport isn’t in the system, and the last update showed it was at the store.
Terrible store and company. Save yourself the trouble and go to FedEx instead.
