Rain or shine, Daniel and the staff here at this Mason St. store, in the Fairmont Hotel, have always greeted me with a very nice smile, and provided me with the most prompt, excellent Customer service. Impressive.

He went above and beyond to help me with a tricky Amazon return, staying patient, resourceful, and genuinely kind throughout the process. Ups is trash. I sent expensive computer parts here and the receiver said the package they received was a shirt. The weight of the orginal package was recorded which proves there was some kind of shenanigans going on. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what happened.

Hours say they open at 8. It’s 8:30 and the store is closed. I walked 25min to get here and rerouted my commute to work to find the store closed during the times they should be open. Online and on the stores doors it says they open at 8am.
