The human service is really good on the weekdays, but becomes very slow on the weekends. On the other hand, I have had massive problems with UPS withholding my packages and loading them.

No stock of small boxes to send internationally and apathetic person at the front desk could care less about customer service / assisting me.

The people that work here seem very unhappy. Sometimes the guy working at the counter (short, dark curly hair, heavier person) does not attend to you, he just waits and smirks then after a few minutes he would walk to help you asif he is doing you a favour. Ive come here more than 10 times to drop packages off and everytime I dont look forward to it because of the attitude of this guy. I always make sure I am friendly.

I am deeply disappointed with the level of service provided by this particular UPS employee. As an Indian national, she was assigned to assist with a fingerprinting process, which was handled in an unprofessional and careless manner. The result was a failed attempt that could not be used, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience. Furthermore, her attitude throughout the interaction was notably arrogant and dismissive, which is unacceptable for a customer-facing role.
This experience has significantly diminished my trust in the quality and professionalism that I have come to expect from UPS.

Several times now, the staff was late opening the store in the morning. I have waited 15 or even 20 minutes or had to make a second trip later in the day.

I came here to pick up my package at 10 AM and it was closed, in Google it is written that it is open and on the working hrs on the door is same, there was not any note why it is closed. I waited for 40 mins at the door.
This was my only chance to pick it up today cause I work for the cruise ship.

Worst place you can ever send your package too ..
They say they are open on Monday to Saturday but going there on a Thursday today its closed ...
I have to travel cz I work in a ship and I can't direct my stuff anywhere.. no communication for them also cz their numbers aint going through

Went here for document notary in the morning. Was told that they cannot do it, for the whole day. So I had to rush to another UPS store which made me late for my appointment

This is my second time encountering this particular employee. Not sure if he is the owner or the employee but the way he talks to customers is impatient, showing no empathy and speaks in a very condescending way. Has to be the worst UPS employee I ever came across.

Woke up early and walked a mile with a 12 lb box that I planned to drop off on my way to an appointment in SOMA. Posted hours for Friday start at 8:00 AM. I arrived at 8:35 AM and stayed outside until 8:45 AM and the store was not open during that time. I then had to run another mile to my appt that I was now going to be late for with an extremely heavy box that was supposed to be left at UPS.
