Im a bit disappointed in my experience in getting a passport. I spent nearly $20 on a bad photo… I asked the women taking it if I can see it and potential retake it and I couldn’t. Didn’t see the result until I paid and it’s not usable, my eyes aren’t even open. I’m pissed. Guy at the front was nice though.

I am filing a claim on this as well, but I had a friend ship me a box of shoes last Friday through this store. He had the employees box up the package and print the prepaid label. Someone there must have known the value of the shoes and stole the shoes and replaced them with random items. Unprofessional and criminal employees work here or in connection with people here. Be careful shipping with them.

The owner responded saying they will not provide video evidence now because of the negative review I left.. I understand the label was not bought directly through UPS but it was a UPS label and you guys BOXED AND SHIPPED IT. I am entirely willing to remove this negative review if the store did their due diligence in clearing their name, however they decided they do not want to do that because of a review?! that further adds to the suspicious activities going on here.. What are they hiding? What do they have to lose by looking into it? Please feel free to contact me with video footage clearing any accusations and I will gladly remove this review. If you want to play victim and ignore me that’s your choice. My choice will be to keep telling all my friends and family I know to avoid this store and to leave similar reviews on all platforms.

Family run store that consistently goes above and beyond for their customers! This particular store is trustworthy as they offer conversations, festivity, and familiarity. They are fair and transparent. Ask them anything, and they will provide knowledge and explanation. They work hard and well as a team. I wouldnt go to any other UPS store.

The staff. I have worked with Carla three times for notary and she has been great. Although the store can be shortmanned, she is very easy and fun to work with which makes the visit worthwile. She is the best!

It is always slammed- always packed and they’re ALWAYS helpful and kind and I forgot the woman’s name working today but she’s an angel!

Fantastic UPS store through the years! I’ve kept a UPS box with this store for about a decade & can attest to their customer & community-centric approach. In fact, that’s why I kept my mailbox with them even when I moved miles away. Bruce, Carla, Lupe, and Ricky often go above and beyond in their customer service but are also very humble about it. So humble that I feel it’s often too subtle for one time patrons to realize how much coordination it takes to run a high volume package/courier+ notary + live scan center all in one, especially during rush hour. But I’ve never had a lost package (receiving or shipping out) with this UPS store in the ~ 10 yrs I’ve been with them vs well the same can’t even be said for my current residence. So if you need a UPS box, I would definitely recommend them!
