I’m extremely disappointed with UPS. I paid extra to overnight important legal documents, trusting that they would arrive on time. Not only did my package not arrive, it was completely lost. These were time-sensitive materials, and the delay caused serious complications.
I contacted customer service multiple times and got little more than vague updates and empty apologies. There’s no accountability, and no clear resolution was provided.
I trusted UPS with something important — they failed. I will not be using their services again.

The customer service at this location is the absolute BEST!! !! They are all consistently friendly, cheerful, helpful, and efficient. Even when the store is crowded with customers, the staff remain patient and calm.Thank you and keep up the great work and wonderful attitudes!!

This UPS store is small but mighty. There’s never a long line - but if there are a few customers waiting, the wait time is quick. The staff working at this location are super friendly and very efficient!

Manager has huge ego no customer service mentality. Would not let me ship since I did not buy my box for an Amazon return there. Tried to charge 11 dollars for a plastic shipping bag.

Not too long wait, but poor service. Ashana had a wrong quote for costs and no interest in looking fo solutions. Was too busy multitasking. Could have been worse but suggest going to other UPS.

really lovely staff here. i feel lucky to have a ups store close by with great staff. especially the dark haired guy who is there often. thank you for being friendly and kind!!
