This store has uneven service. It depends on who you get at the counter. I recently sent for printing a zip file.A day later, thinking that was plenty of time, I went to pick it up. Well, they hadn't received it. At the counter I sent it 4 times again. Finally, they received it.A surly, long dark haired attendant said she would print the file. I said would 30 minutes be ok? Did she know how to open a zip? I could open it and copy them over.I checked back in 40 minutes. Nope. Wasn't printed. I said another 30 minutes? I went next door, to Que Syrah to wait. It took almost 2 hours for 15 pages to be printed in black and white. It isn't just this inefficiency, it's the attitude. I had to add parking meter, find a place to hang out and wasted time. 15 pages? This should be a convenient place that takes shipments when I'm not home. A place to return packages, send packages, large print jobs. Not a lot of demands. No attitude needed just efficiency. The Postal Chase up the block isn't better. Their staff there are moody, rude and bordering on discriminatory. They get your packages, mail, fax (yes some places still use fax) mixed up constantly, and everything is a drama. Can't we have a place to do simple office errands well, friendly with no attitude?

The agent and Notary (I believe her name is Micky or Mindy or Nicki) does an outstanding job. She’s highly intelligent, super efficient and even has a great sense of humor. I try to go there when she’s working to ensure excellent service.

They were not open at 8:30 even though that’s the posted opening time. It was still locked up and no one was there, I waited around for a several min and no one showed up. I ended up having to take my package on muni with me to work which was extremely inconvenient.

Went here to ship a package and was planning to go to walgreens afterwards to get my passport picture taken, but I saw that UPS does passport photos so decided to save myself the walk. Best decision I could have made. The two ladies there did a great job of posing me correctly and they used this machine that would check the photo after they took it to make sure that it would meet all the requirements. They re-took the photo like 15 times to make sure it was perfect and that I liked how I looked. They were also both so sweet and engaging. Will definitely be going here next time my passport needs to be renewed!

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOUR PACKAGE IS URGENT. Maybe try the Inner Sunset location instead. They didn't put our express envelope in the system that day and that ended up costing me about 2 grand and whole lot of drama. UPS corporate has offered to reimburse the cost of the shipping, but that was only 100 bucks. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOUR PACKAGE IS URGENT.

Just the rudest customer service in the city. The two women that "helped" me out just now were incredibly rude when trying to pick up a package. We used to use this location for Livescan but my company will no longer doing so as of today. Unbelievable.

I have been going to this location only because it's halfway to get to my son. To just drop off an Amazon return only. With how it was shipped to me. This nice for a split second that turned out to be really rude says the package is not proper to ship. I responded, "This is how Amazon shipped it to me." Thank goodness it was a light package. I will go to 29th Street, Sloat, Irving, 24th Street next time. Or even better give it to the delivery guy.

We received excellent customer service today from the onsite notary, Dennis P. Although he couldn't notarize the will we intended to have notarized, since California law does not require wills to be notarized, he went above and beyond his call of duty to help us obtain a witness signature at no additional charge. Dennis P.'s exceptional customer service was a pleasant surprise from the UPS store. We would like to extend our thanks to Dennis for his help.

This 3rd party franchise ups location charges $4 to print a label. Extortionist much? I understand a dollar but $4!?Just drive to the real ups location at Westlake.

Friendly, fast service and a convenient location. Happy to support them. Plus, they have postage stamps for sale!

Service here is friendly and efficient. I had no problems bringing in an Amazon return. There was no charge to me. The agent even explained Amazon return processing that is helpful to me.I can't say the same for another UPS store that I went to two days ago with the same return. They didn't know how to handle my situation. Their solution would have cost me $30 for a free Amazon return.

Don't come if you're in a hurry; prepaid drop offs that were ready to go used to be able to skip the line, but not anymore. No signage or indicators of this. Waste of time

Amazon return states I don't need to put item in another box and can just drop off. Girl behind the counter at this place says I can't return the item in the box because the provider won't pick it up as is even though the item was shipped to me in the same box. This makes no sense whatsoever. So I went to the UPS at Lakeshore and the lady scanned it. Done.Seems like this location needs to train its employees better. Never coming back to this store.

Avoid this location. Go to UPS Store on Sloat Blvd. Much better service and attitude.Had a large box delivered to my house by mistake. Thought I do them a favor and bring it to the store and tell them it was mis-delivered. Owner told me he wouldn’t take it and to call UPS myself. So I had to lug the big box back.Another incident I had an Amazon return to drop off. Asked for a receipt and they refused to give me one. So I took a photo of the package on the counter with the clerk. The owner started yelling at me about taking photos in his store. In the end, the package “never got picked up”. Had to make insurance claim to get money back.Like others, went there numerous times and they weren’t open per their posted times.I now go to UPS Store on Sloat. Friendly, helpful staff that will give you a receipt with a smile.

I am updating my review. They hired a new female service person. She is abysmal:. I deliberately ship items that require attention to UPS box. Amazon showed it was delivered there. She did NOT even look in the back. She said it was not received, "not inventoried".She isn't familiar with UPS systems/processes, constantly looking things up, making mistakes - can't fax a document, can't renew a box, no customer service support. What a difference 1 year makes! My previous review below:No nonsense place. I like the fact the staff knows what they're doing. You have to be prepared with what you need.Nice to have a UPS store in this neighborhood, across from a muni stop, near a CVS, vegetables stand, banks. Can run most errands at 1 stop.
