This shop is not managed well at all, which is unfortunate because it could be a great neighborhood spot for clients of all kinds. I am a graphic designer and needed a quick test print. The woman at the counter told me it would be cheaper if I signed into their computer and printed it myself. After I left, I noticed $20 missing from my account. I went back and asked what that was about. The woman said it was a pending charge that would return in a couple days. I asked why- she could not give me a clear answer. I said “You need to have a sign up about that because it’s dishonest”. She said “There isn’t a sign?” The two people working there were not helpful at all and didn’t seem to understand how their own business worked.
I find it so so slimey to not mention that you’ll be out $20 if you use this service here, and she even pushed me for it because it was “cheaper”. I’ll be conducting my business with another UPS location from now on.
EDIT: it took 10 DAYS for the money to return.

This is the worst UPS store around. Always a long line, and they just charged me $5.30 to print a return label that UPS had sent me. The UPS store on Stanyan happily offered to print one for me recently (I used their computer to print and paid for printing and they said don’t worry, we’ll do it for you next time!), so I will be taking my business there going forward. The other reviews I’ve now checked on the Irving store show that this location is constantly overcharging customers for the simplest things. Will avoid this location going forward.

Wildly unhelpful staff at nearly every experience I’ve had here. Especially the one gentleman sitting up front today, just didn’t really speak? I had to continually ask him what to do next while trying to make a return because he was just staring at me. I finally had to say “You cannot expect me to know what I’m doing, use your words” because it was almost comical that I was just standing there waiting for him to do his job. If this wasn’t the closest store to me for miles I’d have walked out and gone to another.

This is a crazy store! They charged me $20 to print a black and white paper and in the end their computer didn’t print out anything. The guy is super rude he talked to me as if I owed him money.

I live nearby and this is where I go to use UPS services. I like the people who work there and think they are very efficient at doing there jobs.

This store gouges you when printing. To send them a file to print, they charge you $5 to email it to them, or $2.50/minute to retrieve the file yourself via their computer. This is all before the printing fees. Shameless cash grab - printers be warned!

Employee 180340 with name Nicolas said that my “priority” mail will be delivered by Friday, and he charged me almost $20 for it. So it’s Sunday and my mail still NOT delivered. So basically he just lied to me. Do not recommend this UPS store.

I recently visited this UPS store, which has become my go-to spot for returning Amazon packages. Having a store with parking available makes the return process incredibly convenient. The staff here are fantastic—polite, organized, and efficient. Their service is both friendly and well-structured, making every visit a pleasant experience. I’m giving them a five-star rating!
