This location is located in the Financial District of San Francisco and is a bit on the smaller side, but the service is kind and friendly! I was there to print Art Gifts for others. Enjoy the Art Photos by Art USA!

This UPS has the worst delivery service I’ve ever experienced in the U.S.
On May 21, 2025, I sent a package to a friend that was supposed to arrive by May 23. I paid significantly more for this service and was guaranteed it would be delivered on time. The package ended up arriving late on May 27. By then, my friend was no longer at the location. The package was lost — and it contained extremely important medication for him.
I went to the store today, and they refused to even process a refund for the extra amount I paid. They said there’s nothing they can do. You pay for a service at this awful company, they fail to deliver, and then refuse to refund you.
I will never use UPS again and I absolutely do not recommend this garbage of a service to anyone. My friend is now suffering and unwell because of this.

I needed an overnight currier service to send a piece of paper and passport style photos to Canada. The representative told me that it will be $73 in total and it will get delivered the next day. I happily accepted and paid.
They called me the next day saying that the package will not be delivered as planned and there is a customs fee of $32 payable, otherwise, the documents will be delivered back to me. I don’t understand why this information was not told earlier when I sent the package.
Now it costed me ~$100 in total and the package did not get delivered on time (it’s still on the way). Disappointing.

0 stars for the worst customer service ever.
I was traveling to San Francisco for a conference and had my poster delivered to a friend’s house. Unfortunately, my friends couldn’t be in town, so I changed the delivery location to a UPS store. When I went to pick it up, I believe the same short Hispanic man mentioned in another negative review was there.
At first, he insisted my order hadn’t been delivered. I gave him the tracking number, and only then did he agree to check for it. When he finally found it, he refused to give it to me because the package still had the old shipping address on it.
He was extremely rude and unhelpful. I showed him the order with my name on it, but it didn’t matter. He kept asking why I would send my order to someone else’s address. I called UPS customer service, and they tried to find a solution, but he literally berated the person on the phone and insulted them for trying to assist me.
It was a waste of $70 and caused a lot of frustration. Thankfully, FedEx was able to reprint my poster in time.
To the short man: the poster won’t be picked up—because it was mine. If you hate people this much, please consider another line of work.
To the owner: close this location if you can’t hire staff who know how to help customers.
To everyone else: PLEASE take your business to a different UPS store where you’ll be treated with respect

The gentleman and the lady with glasses who work here are fantastic, great customer service and good attitude. This store deserves 5 stars! All those people giving low scores are whiners!

The workers are the ones that really make this store great. I have been renting a box and coming in here for 10 years. Some of the ups rules detract but the service is great

I've been going to this place for dropping off huge boxes for a while now. Personally, I had nicest interactions. Lovely staff

I sent a package to this location instead of a residential address to prevent theft. Based on my conversation with a UPS representative and a UPS store in NY, I was informed that there would be a $5 fee for having the shipment delivered to the store, which I agreed to. However, I still don’t understand why a package that isn’t being delivered to an address by a UPS driver costs more.
When the package arrived, the person picking it up was unexpectedly charged $20 instead of the previously stated $5, which is ridiculous. I do not recommend using this option or this service. Other delivery companies, such as FedEx, do not charge fees for packages delivered to their stores instead of residential addresses, and those are the companies I will be using in the future.

Stopped to this location and had a terrible interaction with an employee who refused to give me his name when asked.
He was short Hispanic with spiky hair and had a bad attitude.
I attempted to simply drop off a modern from T-Mobile. T mobile emailed me clear instructions with the label and instructed me to email it to UPS upon arrival and they would print it/box it without a charge. The employee first tried to charge me for a box. I went back to my car to get a box. When I returned he then tried to charge me for a label. The instructions given clearly stated there should be no charge for either. He had a bad attitude about it for no reason and I would not recommend this store. When I asked for his name he replied” we’re a franchise and I don’t have to give it to you”.
Not to mention there is no parking so it was extremely inconvenient to keep going back and forth to my car. Never again.

If you want to see racism you can enter this store. Because the guy with tattoos on his arm scolded me in front of everyone because my English was bad.

Very rude guy telling me i need to buy my own tape to enclose a bag because he doesn’t want to use his tape. Keep rushing me to find my code faster or “get outa the line”
