Needs better service to hire better employees that will benefit and progressively upgrade the business not the wrong employees who don’t know or care to learn the goal and objectives of urban alchemy sleeping and being high on the job in the uniform causing our business to downgrade and be looked at as if we’re a crackhead organization

Tell your employees to shut up when reasonable people are trying to sleep and go about their lives. Also, my wife with our daughter does not appreciate being catcalled. Hyde St.

I have a lot of respect for the work that Urban Alchemy does but unfortunately today was completely off the mark.I went to the Farmer's Market near Civic Center Plaza with my partner, we grabbed food and were looking for a place to sit and have lunch. I have mobility issues which make standing for long periods of time or sitting on the ground painful or sometimes dangerous due to a risk of falling. We saw many empty benches in the playground area so we used one of the gates to enter and sat at an empty bench far from where all the families were so we wouldn't disturb them. One of the staff members of Urban Alchemy approached us as we were finishing our food, maybe 10 minutes after we arrived, and immediate became aggressive then proceeded to accuse us of jumping over the fence, of being 'creeps' and kept questioning us about what we were doing even while I tried to explain that we were just trying to eat lunch. This delayed us leaving since we were already packing up when he approached us and began harassing us about using a public space. We had been quietly eating and he just created disruption. If any families were uncomfortable, he could have politely asked how we were and suggested alternate seating or showed us where else we could sit. We could have thanked him and told him we were actually done and were leaving. This is what the other experiences with Urban Alchemy would have led me to expect.Unfortunately that was not the case. Instead what should have been a nice lunch on a sunny, warm day in the city ended with me and my spouse feeling incredibly unsafe after basically being yelled at and accused of wanting to hurt kids by a man policing the usage of public space. It is such a shame that with all the good work they could have been doing they chose this.

12MM... wow... you must be doing stellarly well... How do I get a piece of that pie?!?!?! That's some sweet talking you must have done to get SF BOS to rubber stamp the most expensive homeless response for you to run the triage RV center that is not even fully operational. Make no mistake, you are part of the problem. Not the solution.

This delayed us leaving since we were already packing up when he approached us and began harassing us about using a public space. No matter what I said he had a counter and seemed to be looking to argue and harass us.If families were uncomfortable, he could have politely asked how we were doing and suggested alternate seating or showed us where else we could sit. Spoke to a former employee on the phone today. Rudest, most loud ignorant creep i've talked to in a long time. i can see why the bad reviews are outweighing any good ones. To say the person was ghetto and aggressive would be unfair as there are many issues that contribute to this. Socio economic, generational and geographical. lack of opportunity and exposure to anything positive. But after he started yelling and escalated the normal phone call i looked into the place her worked. shocking. not.

Not all of them have been to prison. I was educated on this fact. Thank you for correcting me. Rain or shine their presence is local and authentic to SF. Cool uniforms

There are a few good workers with urban alchemy but most are terrorists and untrained. They sell drugs and threaten to do harm to people it has happened to me three times at the dog park on turk. The problem is they have some good people but the bad overshadows the good. The men are extremely disrespectful and the women are subject to abuse by the men on many occasions. This company is hired to work in the worst parts of the city. They can't get good workers to do it so they use whoever they can get. Great ideal but most of these ex convicts are nothing but criminals with a Vest on. They sit around all day talking about prison. They don't clean the dog park, they don't watch the dogs. They have no clue how to deescalate. I have no idea how they got any good reviews. They are a gang. There are no responses to grievances. It's a very very bad company that seems like a prison cult. If you see these people with the satanic symbol on their vests. They wear black and green camaflouge. Stay away from these thugs. Nothing good comes from them. They are a bad energy in San francisco.
