I just want to tell the entire community of San Francisco, California and the surrounding area that they feel welcome in this branch. From me, I say that Miss Michelle and Miss Silvia will help you solve any concerns and needs that you may have. Please, if you need to do any paperwork. as appointment since the mission neighborhood is the busiest for latinexs and they occupy that branch every day as their main one and if you arrive without an appointment you will probably have to wait 30 minutes since San Francisco California has a population of more than 400 thousand people living in the area and only Latinos without counting the rest of the population, thank you for your time and patience, say goodbye with a big hug, live happily and with respect.thanks

The teller yelled at me and became extremely unprofessional and irate- just for asking questions about my account. I didn’t go back to this spot for a year because it was such a horrible experience. When I finally had to go back to this location, the same teller was there. She looked me in the eye and said “I remember you” menacingly. It was super weird.

Tellers are always very kind to me, and do their best to keep lines moving. Their Covid safety practices are also excellent. They keep the customers 6' apart and provide hand sanitizer at the counter.

(Translated by Google) Bad service, large customer line and only 1 cashier and another in customer service, with so much money they charge for everything, they should have more employees, or put the employee to work faster.

Friendly security guard at the door and once inside, friendly, helpful tellers. We needed to talk to a manager to help us with a more complicated transaction and Tracie couldn't have been more accommodating. This wasn't the closest branch to me but the ratings were better and now I know why!

If you're going to go to a U.S. Bank branch in SF, go to this one. Not many ratings, but the score is accurate. There is a reason it's the highest rated U.S. Bank branch for SF on Yelp. Guard outside is very friendly and makes the area safe. Tracy, the Assistant Manager, is GREAT to work with. I was buying a car off someone and she couldn't have been more helpful with the transaction between myself and the seller who is a customer there.

In 2016 I helped my daughter open a checking account at this branch. She was asked by the banker if she wanted a line of credit attached to this account. She FIRMLY refused the line of credit because of issues with over spending. Later I realized they gave the the line of credit anyway. She was having many personal problems at the time, and did not have the clear mind to distinguish between funds her Father deposited and funds from an unauthorized the line of credit the bank gave her. When we both figured out that the bank was doing this. ,after making a $50 payment, (she thought the amount was for overdraft fees) we wrote to Kent Amuaro about the fraud that was committed by this banker, who agreed that this was not a fair practice and that the bank made an error, and that employee was no longer at the bank. They returned her $50 payment. We assumed this would be the end of the matter. Shortly after that, US bank, corporate wrote her a demand letter for payment. We tried to communicate with them the details surrounding my daughters account. It was predatory and the banker lied to us when we said we did not want a line of credit , but did it anyway. US bank corporate sent her account to a collection agency that has harnessed my daughter for two years. Finally to reach a person at US bank regarding this matter she resorted to filing a small claims action, just to work out a reasonable solution. US Bank is a large corporation and if you have any issues with them it requires hard work to find the correct person. When a staff person fraudulently opens an account, US Bank should make amends.
