I went to the USCIS office for the naturalization test. All the officers and staffs are super nice and helpful. They were very patient to give instructions and answer questions. However the security guard I met at the entrance was extremely rude and judgmental. It was my first time to visit this USCIS office and I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment. The letter said I should not arrive more than 30 minutes early so I thought 15 minutes early was reasonable, especially for an early morning appointment at 7:45. When I arrived I saw a very long line with at least 30 people outside of the building. So I went to the security guard to ask where is the line for people with appointments. After knowing my appointment was in 15 minutes he immediately blamed me for arriving late and I should not expect to be put in the front of the line just because I was late. I felt very offended because I just simply asked where should I wait. Two minutes later he came to me and asked me to enter the building from another entrance with a much shorter line.Lucky for me after my interview I ran into this security guard again for my oath ceremony. He saw me and said “ I don’t want to see you again ever” and something like “if I see you again I will arrest you!” . I was very angry, but since the ceremony was in 10 minutes and there was a lot of people waiting in the line I didn’t want to have an argument with this guy. I left with tears in my eyes.As an Asian female I lived in the US for more than ten years. I’ve always been treated respectfully by people around me. Ironically on my day to become a citizen, for the first time I felt disrespected and discriminated by this guy working for the immigration department.

They required the vaccine for my wife in order for her to be approved of citizenship. They have no idea how much damage they are doing to the public. That requirement only gave me and my wife a hard time. They’re very politically driven and they are not very helpful. If any, they are good in discontinuing a husband and wife’s plan to settle together. I’m going to file a complaint some time and make sure that justice is done and that something happens to this company that will make them pay.

My experience with USCIS has been good. All received all my documents on time. They took some time to take the decision was not unreasonable amount of time. Most of the officers are good and humble.

The immigration officers and ladies at checkin were very nice, friendly and cooperative. But the security officers at the entrance were extremely rude and condascending. Their behavior was extremely racist towards minorities.and treated them horribly, like dirt. Very unpleasant and upsetting experience at the security checkin at the door.

My experience at this office was a pleasant one. I was worried, based on other reviews, that the staff would be rude but they weren't at all. The security was friendly, the check-in was painless. Officer Murray conducted my interview and he was really great and super chill. The tests and interview only took 15 minutes or so. And I got to go into the oath ceremony the same day. That process was also easy. Most staff I interacted with congratulated me, even the security guard on my way out. There are two entrances (one for the interview itself, the other one just around the corner for the oath ceremony.) I initially waited in the long line to the oath ceremony and didn't see the shorter line to the interview entrance because I was following the crowd. So be sure to stand in the correct line.

Ive been here about 1421 times and today was the Oath ceremony, I don’t wish my worst enemy a visit to this building. Every staff that works here looks like they recruit them from a scary movie or was intentionally hired to be rude. I’m so glad I don’t ever have to come here anymore . Best of luck to everyone .

Great people. Service was efficient. From security to the staff, all around experiences was excellent and everyone demonstrate their professionalism and calm manner. Also found a great lunch spot around the corner called "the old ship saloon"...food was amazing... can't be enough happier to get 2 great services on the same day.

We came there to attend an appointment. There is an outage on that day, so they are closed. But the blackout happened one day before, and nobody noticed us. Even though we drove one and a half hours to be there, they still had no explanation, only a “close sign” on the closed door, in the 2100 century. People can work everywhere, is that difficult to send a notification in advance or on time to the citizens? So disappointed.
