The one guy that works here (older gentleman who is cited in the previous reviews) is terrifying. He embarrasses people by screaming across the post office at them, EVERY TIME I am here. I refuse to get in his line because of how bad he makes me feel if I have one small question or get something slightly incorrect!

The worst in town.

They have two employees servicing customers on most days, and sometimes one. Not the employees fault. It's USPS

i don’t usually write poor reviews, ever. however, this store reminds me that we are in late stage capitalism and we live in hell. this location is constantly understaffed and i typically have to wait in line for a minimum of an hour, if not two hours.
specifically, the older large white man is extremely rude and i’ve seen him raise his voice at dozens of people, including people who don’t speak english well- in which case he just talks louder as if they’re going to understand him more that way. i hope this man finds peace but in the meantime i hope he either retires or gets another job where he doesn’t interact with people at all.

The line is always insanely long and this location is understaffed. The drop box for packages is currently broken.

The stars are for Edith, a lady who works at this post office. On Friday, 4 January, she was all by herself and there were at least 30 people on line. More than once she had to lift heavy packages. She helped everyone thanking them for their patience and was gracious throughout.

This has to be one of the worst USPS’s in the city. The employees are so unbelievably rude! Not sure what’s taken them to this level of total disdain but wow. Walked into an empty building and was yelled at “TO GET INTO LINE!” There was no one there. No line to be seen anywhere. Then proceeded to just hate doing his job mailing a package for me. If life is so awful there get a new job.

I live in a secure building. The USPS has keys and codes to get in. On more than one occasion I've had pkgs from USPS 'left at front door'
That equals.. Stolen pkg.
There's ZERO excuse for this.

Slow service. 4 windows, 3 clerks and only 1 helping customers. Other 2 are fiddling their thumbs and walking around busy

The slower workers I’ve ever seen and there was a huge line and one of the two workers was like I need to take a break…….

One old man working here hates his life so much, and he consistently takes it out on others. Look, I’m sorry that your life sucks, but that doesn’t give you any rights to treat others like garbage. Why aren’t you retired anyway? Aren’t you like 75?
