CARMEN was the sweetest(no pun intended). Informative and solution oriented. Easy location for downtown access.

People working here are so nice, but it’s severely understaffed to the point of massive waits for small transactions. Occasionally I’ve literally saved time walking from here to the Chinatown location

Kindest post office in the US! I needed to send a package and wasn’t sure what’s the best way to do. The lady was kindly checked and gave me an advice, and the gentleman after I packed and pay was also kind. There’s only 2-3 people on line and service was very fast and efficient. Thank you!

Katie was extremely kind and helpful when helping me completing a money order. I definitely appreciated how patient she was! Would recommend this Post Office for anyone looking!

USPS needs to hire more people and train them. There were just two members with at least 25 people to help.

Thought I come here after my dentist appointment. Here is the long line and only one person working the counter. There are 3 yes, three self service machines that aren't working. I am the 13th person waiting in line and there are 5 people behind me!!!

I used the self checkout and dropped my package in the box right next to it even reopened it making sure it went down, they never scanned it and they have no idea where it is.

The longest lines of any USPS locations. Sometimes you have to stand for thirty minutes to complete a two-second transaction like buying a money order. Most of the time, there is just one associate who works extremely slowly. I'm wondering how they're spending our tax money.

Learned today that USPS, starting from 2023, does not allow to send devices. The employee recommended to go to UPS. This is the new use case of USPS: recommending to go somewhere else!

This a good place to mail packages at the Post Office. If you print a shipping label from the Post Office website at usps.com and take the packages for shipping at the post office.

It's a post office so there's not much to say. But the folks working the counter here are always so pleasant and friendly. Yes, there can be lines and waits during peak hours but they work hard and staffing shortages are real and present in all industries.

You stay at the line and when you get to the available window you get surprised that the agent is not working money orders and you have to wait again to get to the agent who does.

I came in today because I had a money order that I had purchased and I was trying to see about getting a refund. I explain to the postal clerk "Carmen" my situation and that I was trying to find a way to get my money back she told me she couldn't help me there because they didn't have any dollars and that I could cash my check at my bank, I told her my bank wasn't in the area, she told me to go to another post office that was busy and had a line because that meant they had a lot of money. I was not about to go to all these post offices around my area in hopes that maybe they would have $5,800 dollars available. I asked her if there was any other way I could get a refund there because I used my card and asked if I could talk to someone else about the situation because she kept talking over me and did not take the time to listen as she was set in her own ways. She started to get irate with me and told me that there was no one else I could talk to like a manager, There was another man that was very helpful that I asked if I could talk to him and she told me no, she was the only manager. I did not believe her with the way she was acting toward me and the situation. So I went back in line to talk to the other man "andres". She then ran over to him and started telling him very loudly to not give me any help or a refund, I went over to tell him I would like to talk to him about the situation and I did not need her to tell him not to help me, she started yelling at me to get away because he was helping someone else at the time and I told her I was trying to get help that she was not giving. Andres told me he would help me as soon as he was done with the other person and I told him thank you and waited in line. She then went to the other postal clerk that was coming on and told her not to help me and then went to her station. I waited in line for andres and he was able to calmly go over everything with me and was extremely helpful in finding other things out. Upon leaving she was calling for people next in line and i told her I was waiting because i wanted to get her name, she ignored me and kept yelling for the next person. I told her again i needed help and asked for her name to which she smuggly smiled and replied "Carmen" and pointed to her name tag, I told her "Carmen, got it." And she sarcastically said thank you, have a good day. I am extremely upset with the attitude and behavior this woman was displaying in front of the entire post office. She was rude, disrespectful and extremely unhelpful as she felt she was in the right, wanted to talk over me and did not take the time to listen and help what would of been an easy solution, she could take a lesson in manners and professionalism from her co workers as I have gone to this post office many times and have been helped by them and have been very satisfied with the service there. I have never dealt with this woman before and hope I do not have to deal with her again.

Only go here if you wanna wait five hours in line because there’s only one employee and 500 people online. They also hate their customers because their Apple Pay is constantly down
