Their website has been down for weeks and they do not pick up the phone, regardless of what time I call. It is difficult to make a passport appointment in advance, so I decided to just go in during the walk in hours. This is where I had the displeasure of meeting Kim.Kim wouldn’t accept my papers. Kim won’t answer my questions. Kim won’t adhere to their website’s times and policies. She informed me that they only take 2 walk ins a day, and when I asked where I could find that information online, she “didn’t know”. She was extremely rude and uncooperative. Reading other reviews, this seems to be a common experience.I don’t understand how a government entity can be so dysfunctional and useless but here we are. I’m thrilled to see my tax dollars hard at work funding the likes of Kim, click clacking at her computer and contributing nothing to society. Keep up the good work!

Made a 1245 appointment for a new passport for my infant. Arrived at the post office at 1244 to be told that the person who does passports just left for lunch. Unapologetic and rude staff. What is the point of having an appointment system if no one is going to honor it?

I loathe going to the post office BUT have had really good experiences at this location. Staff is really helpful & courteous, and they have a fun selection of forever stamps.

Went to go get passport renewal for walk-in. Asian lady with glasses only processed one renewal in 30 minutes. She was also extremely rude to everyone and yelling. Worst customer service ever

Obviously, the rate here depends on which staff you met. I want to thank Xiaonan (the young Asian guy) a lot, as he is so considerate and patient. He explained, helped me save money, and fixed the problem the last staff encountered, even though the open hours had passed.However, the Asian short lady was a nightmare. When I asked for a small box, she said they don’t have it and kept urging me. Later, I found a ton of different-sized boxes at the back, just like every USPS store. I got frustrated and angry, and had to line up again to fix it.

Awesome employee here named Sally went above and beyond with her customer service skills to resolve an issue I had with a package. She was kind and patient. I accidentally used the same shipping label twice and filed a ticket online. She called me to problem solve and I was so impressed. Thank you so much Sally!

I come to this post office for my first time passport and this Asian old lady with sunglasses is the worst at customer service , she is not helpful I’m not sure how she can be working there , I see many complaints about her , and still manage to don’t see it ?? Please get rid of her from the customer service clerk she is not good on that job

Someone needs to fire this passport lady at the front desk. I don’t know what’s her problem, but she has the worst attitude and tone I have ever seen. I have no idea how she even got this job in the first place, but someone needs to get rid of her asap. Miserable and can’t even do her job properly. She thinks only the ID card works for the passport even though there are many other ways to identify yourself. Stupid old hag.

Extremely inefficient and poor passport service.I made a passport appointment for myself, but the system wouldn’t let me add my infant son to the appointment. The online portal is a dumpster fire: lagging and crashing constantly.I showed up 25 minutes before, hoping I would be able to submit the documents for both of us. The agent was adamant. Even though we were done with my paperwork at least 10 minutes before my scheduled start time, and no other customers waited in line, the agent refused to accept his documents. She had at least 25 minutes of time to spare, and yet refused to even consider accommodating us.

As a tourist mailing postcards, I can testify that the service is fast and my friends and family got our cards within a week!
