I really enjoy coming to this location. The staff are very kind, patient, and courteous. You rarely have to wait if at all 5-7 mins. This post office is a neighborhood gem.

Despite recent price increases, the USPS remains one of the least expensive and most efficient postal service in the world.

This is a small post office site, but the people are always helpful and friendly, even if overworked! I know the lines can be long sometimes, but I haven't had any real issues over 20 years. I'm grateful that things work as well as they do with the small staff there.

The people who work at the post office are pretty cool, I have no problem with them. My issue is with my postal carrier, who has a key to the building's vestibule, and my intercom code, and who has left many packages but today chose to "leave a notice" rather than employ any of those tools. She marked the item as "oversized". A pair of slippers. Now I have the shlep down to wherever it's being held. At least $40 in car fare, more than I paid for the slippers. They do say to fill out the form and leave it, and there's a phone number but in almost 40 years I have never been able to get the post office to re-deliver a package. Well, once, after spending half the day on the phone. You can see that craziness somewhere in this thread. I had planned to go to the post office tomorrow, but it's still irritating. She could easily have left that package, or rang me on the intercom and it was just not worth her trouble. I'm very tempted to just rent a box at a business center near me and do my best to avoid the post office altogether. It's possible that there was a substitute carrier, but it's also possible that she was just annoyed that I haven't picked up my mail for a couple of days and unfortunately this time of year I get dozens of catalogs which I can do nothing about. I'm hoping for her sake that it was a substitute carrier because I did have a nice tip for her. Just irritating.Just want to add this..I've been really sick since I had Covid, I often run inexplicable favors, and I feel very very susceptible to catching Covid again, or even the flu and it's the Christmas season which means I will have to go down to the post office and stand in line with people carrying packages, probably half of them won't be masked and there will be some idiot with a cough and no mask. Have you ever seen the postal auctions? I'm not sure if they have them in the bay area but I do know they hold them in Los Angeles. These are all packages that for one reason or another were not picked up quickly enough to satisfy the post office. Where do you think they get their merchandise? That's our packages. I'm gonna just re-order the slippers, it's a pity I won't have them for Christmas because they were a gift, but I'm not going anywhere that I might expose myself to Covid again, so look for a cute pair of bunny slippers in size 10 next time you go to a post office auction. You're welcome.

I want to say the manager was very nice and helpful. I went there to ship something for an e-bay customer but the package wasn't allowed. She quickly found the cheapest way to get it shipped. In addition she was able to deduct the ebay shipping cost. All in all it was the most pleasant visit to the post office.

I lived in the neighborhood for 25+ years and have used this post office both for personal and business needs - everything from a PO box to sending numerous packages for my small business. Everyone who works here is always super friendly, and goes above and beyond to make things happen. There are times when the wait is a little longer and I suggest going outside of early morning and/or lunch hour if you don't want to wait, but there's a good reason for it. One, this post office is very popular, exactly because they're helpful, courteous and friendly. Two, our neighborhood is full of diverse people from all over the world, elderly and recent immigrants.A lot of us are sending packages and documents overseas and many don't have the language skills or knowledge to just waltz in and drop off our stuff (it took me a while to learn too). Staff is very patient and makes sure all the forms are filled, packages properly boxed and marked, and we learn about the options available for sending them. A single time USPS lost a package I was supposed to receive, they took time to track it down for me, confirming the last point of contact and giving me phone numbers to call even though it was lost before it arrived to my zip code/to them. This post office truly feels like a part of our neighborhood and community.

The absolute worst post office.. the lady in the pictures isn't even the worst one here... the other fat lady is beyond horrible, they harass you about every little thing, won't let you do simple things like scanning your own labels after they print them, try to tell you not to do things that are free to any post office customer like using the free boxes provided for you to then pay them to ship in and are just generally rude and unhelpful. I avoid this place at all costs.

Telma is the worst what can happen to customer service I asked her to double print my receipt which I lost and I got so much hate She didn't know how to do this and got so nervous. Her coworkers helped her out but at the same time she was saying really rude words to me "If you wanna better service go to FedEx. We don't provide anything like them" "You always complain and waste my time" - said she even didn't see my face without mask and my Id. It was my first time to ask about additional help with double printing the trucking number There was no line and only she could help because I sent my packages at her window When I got my receipts and said "thank you", she replied: never come back to my window! I'm Pregnant. I cried after this. It was really rude and unprofessional
