full-service post office, but it's not open full business hours. I think they must be understaffed. Staff that are there are friendly and respectful.

A female postal worker was office gossiping with the postal worker behind the counter.
I was doing a bank transfer to pay for a money order, her voice is so loud, my phone bank transfer to cover the money order kept bouncing, i had to take my phone into the mail box area.
She at least moved aside, and was in deep thought, the gossiped again as soon as I left. Around 12:25 pm July 1, 2025.

Today is July 15th at about 3 pm, the female postman who delivers mail to Garrison Ave, often drops the mail on the ground instead of putting it in the mailbox. Her service attitude is very poor. I hope you will pay attention to this matter. Thank you.

Never come here to post anything! ! A male employee with glasses yelled at me, I just asked if I could print it and buy cashiers check. At the same time, the thing he chewed in his mouth sprayed on me, very typical garbage attitude. Not only should it not appear in usps, but it should not appear in the communication with people. Not sure how he got his job, maybe usps like their employees to work like jerks, I choose to ship with another usps.

I have experience nothing but good service from this location. Charleston is very good at what he does, he’s helpful in every way. He help me open my first PO Box. it was done fast and efficient, it took him less than 5 minutes!

It is a great way to save money by purchasing a money order for a few dollars oppose to paying for a bank to send a certified check.Money orders can go for large sums of money and you can get tracking service on the money order. You can pay a little more to ensure earlier delivery. I like it and recommend it. Large sums of $ can be purchased in M O. I like it and its very personal.

Great post office. I usually go in the late afternoon and never have to wait in line. My building has inconvenient policies about accepting packages and the folks here are very nice about holding my mail. Really friendly people working here. I'm always happy to visit and say hi.

There's a lady there who is seriously rude and should be working in the back somewhere. The guy isn't any better either. I had to return some items that I had purchased online but wasn't familiar with using the prepaid label they email you. So I asked for her help, I also pointed out that the box was a little damaged and could use a bit of tape. She told me to step aside if I wasn't ready and that the tape was $4.99 and it was on the turn stand behind me. I try to support any neighborhood business but will do my best to find another post office. I had a similar situation on another occasion (pre-pandemic) and the lady(wore braces) who was there at that time could not have been more helpful and she's the reason for the 2 STARS. Get a job stocking and restocking if you're not a people person!

It is a very bad service all the time packages are lost and they scan that they were delivered and it is not like that.it is a constant theft whith which you distribute the packages you go and claim and they do not help you.they should change these people.thanks
