I don’t know why they won’t save the hours on here—it is so annoying to look it up over and over. I uploaded it yesterday for counter hours but someone deleted them so I am reposting it like this.
I have only had one issue where they accidentally gave one of my packages to someone else. They were able to track that person and they were nice enough to give it back.
It is kind of weird, they used to have a phone number for the location, but they took that down too. It makes me wonder who doesn’t want to deal with the extra customer service lol! Can’t blame them, but it is just unusual compared to the other post offices in the area. I’ve been to San Bruno, San Mateo, the Geary post, Burlingame, etc, and this is the only one that keeps deleting info you can find online so it’s inconvenient when you need to check if you’re going to make it on time using Google maps.
Like most usps-they are closed holidays and Sundays.

So glad this location has reopened! It looks great inside. The tall guy with shaved head at the counter was pleasant and friendly. He said they reopened last year (2024).

Closed on Sundays and holidays. Saturdays 9-3. Rest of the week 9-5. They need to update their hours on Google and USPS website.

I'm grateful that this post office reopened after 2 years. The remodel opens up the office. Without this post office, we were left to UPS, and a private post box company or commute over down to Taraval with 0 parking as Muni L Taraval has been out for 4 years.

Nice neighborhood Post Office, though the parking gets tight on weekends you can normally find parking if you are patient any time of the week. The station was well stocked and organized, the staff was polite and efficient making the overall experience pleasant. My visit was a simple one to get some stamps, and though they were out of Christmas stamps they had some pretty ones with flowers. It's not a major post office which might have helped keep the line shorter , and faster, regardless I am just happy my visit was painless today. In short a nice neighborhood Post Office.
