The lines move super slow. Doesn’t help that there’s always only ONE person at the front. Do not come here if you’re in a hurry or wanna leave in a timely manner. Front staff are very unenthusiastic and rude as well. This is the worst postal office I’ve ever gone to.

I have used this post office off and on since 2016. Though the wait can be very long due to limited staff, I recall the majority of my customer service experiences at the counter being very good. The four stars is for the young clerk that helped me last month. She was very patient and professional. I will go out of my way to use this post office in the future. Not many people can say that.

This is the worst service I ever had experience! Today. I went here to get my package since I missed the delivery in 2 days ago. I give her my ID and I know I had a different address on my package because I moved to a new house. And I also have a tracking number that matches my package. So she did not give the package to me and also impolite and mannerless. Is because I cannot talk doesn’t mean you can treat me like that! Seriously or everyone! NEVER GO TO THIS PO OFFICE EVER AGAIN!!! Worst customer service ever!!!

THE WORST POST OFFICE EVER!! You will be standing here for SO LONG just for something so simple like shipping a package even asking a question like I’m still currently standing here going on 39 minutes to to ship a package and it’s been like this FORVER! The same workers they need to fire them and hire all new people!!!

Unprofessional worker on the job, I just wanted to drop off my paid package, and I am not allowed to do so even though the counter is open. I said I just want to drop off, I don't need the receipt, this was the response " I don't care, you have to wait in the line".

What an awesome Post office! The postal worker assisting me was thoughtful knowledgeable and had great service. I purchased money orders here as the post office will cash any unused money order from them for free!
