It’s hard to find a USPS that’s open past 5pm or 6pm. Friendly and helpful staff but there can be long lines that move slowly — all what you’d typically expect at a USPS! I’m glad I found this location for the extended hours.

My appointment was 3:35 PM I checked in by 10:10 AM they unload me by 10:45 AM,
Today is Friday I’m happy to covered my next pickup.

The women who work at the post office today, Saturday, for passports, are terrible at serving you. They are very pedantic and yell at you for poor service. If you don't want to work, don't do it. The only friendly person was one of the guys who works for passports. He was super friendly.

I don’t know why the review is bad. The stuff is super nice and helpful! And I arrived after 7:30pm for an urgent delivery. It is great that they are still open on Friday night! Really appreciate the help.

I came here for passport photos only photo not the passport. They just denied me. Instead they said I can go to any Walgreens or CVS.

Asian woman at the counter was bristly and not very helpful or polite. Kept rolling her eyes when I would ask her a question. She helped me but I could hear her complain to her coworkers about how busy they were. She acted as if she didn’t want to be there working. Not the most pleasant experience to be treated like that by the person who is being paid to help the customer .

Wow. I worked for UPS and I decided to use USPS for a paper delivery. It was to be delivered in 3 days. The delivery was an 1 hour drive from me and an important note. The parcel went back and forth between this location and Oakland it took 10 days to be delivered- I paid for 3 day delivery. what a joke. Should have driven instead is trusting the post office. They aren’t embarrassed to have sick back reviews on here and Reddit. SF post office is the worst in the Bay Area.
