Had two packages now that got lost in this place. If anyone has a package that goes through this center, just letting you know that you’ll never get it and should just order from somewhere far away from this place so it doesn’t go here.

As much as I hate DOGE and Trump's billionaire oligarch buddies, this is one facility they need to look into and clean house. Packages I am expecting passing through this place are usually delayed a month. I don't know if they put everything bound for Hawaii and Micronesia are put in containers for shipping or just let the packages sit and marinate in their place for weeks. Sadly, some packages never to reach their destination.

You have to be kidding me. My package has been here for over a week. We can’t trust USPS anymore??? This is ridiculous. I sent a package from Seattle and it had the misfortune of being put in this facility. I CANT CONTROL THAT. WHO DO I EVEN REPORT THIS TO??? COMPLETE AND UTTER BS

They deserve 0 stars. I went there to get my passport renewed, I talked to an Asian guy and he doesnt want to help me. He said to do it online. But I dont want to do it online thats why I drive to their facility. It was early in the morning and no other customer was there. But still he wound help me. He doesn't want to help even if I'm their only customer at that time. He deserve a zero star

Great I have to deal with Brooklyn processing center because its one of the last processing centers before it gets to me and my package is currently at San Francisco and now I'm reading this place sucks too?! Is this just a USPS thing?? Where are the Postal Police? How do other shipping companies do it so much better?
You guys are spoiled brooklyn distribution is way worse in my experience.

I’m absolutely furious! I spent $890 on passports for my family and me, and I’ve received all the passports except mine. It’s been stuck in a never-ending loop, rerouted from Utah to California repeatedly. I’ve called the USPS, and they keep saying it’s on the way, but it’s been three times now, and twice they’ve said it’s out for delivery. I’m leaving for my trip soon, and I’m livid with how this process is going.
I’ve read reviews and it seems like packages just keep getting scanned but never actually delivered. I don’t understand how anything is getting done here. It wouldn’t fly at my job. I’ve filed a missing mail claim, but they make you put in the tracking number, so it says it’s on the track for delivery. But it’s been four weeks! This is ridiculous!

If I could give them ZERO STARS I would. This distribution center is the absolute most stale hot summers day dumpster juice there is. Unfortunately I do not get a choice on where my packages go, but literally every time they go through this center...they get lost. Every. Single. Time. SIX packages now...SIX! I've never had a lost package going through Chicago, or anywhere else. This distribution center needs to close down and move to a better location with all new management and employees.

No one answers the phones, the hours on the automated message are incorrect- they say they are open 8-5pm Mon-Sat, that is not accurate. There was not a soul in sight and the place was deserted at 3:59. Honestly this post office is barely functioning.

Well these reviews do not appear to be very promising, my package was supposed to be delivered 01/27/25 and like other reviews it's seemed to have fallen into an "in transit to the next facility status abyss", and that is not good judging by consensus. I really don't want to have to file paperwork for reimbursement or report this to an investigator, but i will do what i have to do..I just want my package.

Another Hawaii resident who has had numerous packages go here only to not move for weeks at a time before arriving. Late November, early December gifts are still stuck here and it's December 30.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This is ridiculous. All these negative reviews and this facility is up and running still? My packages used to arrive overseas easily when it was routed to Chicago but recently my mail has been routed to this facility and nothing ever came. 3 packages lost in San Francisco. I had advised all my business partners to never route or ship here at all. There needs to be an investigation in this facility.
