I recently visited the USPS office near my home and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and courteous, making my visit quick and efficient. The office was well-organized, with clear signage and ample space for customers. Despite the busy atmosphere, the employees remained calm and focused, providing excellent service to everyone. I was impressed by their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, I highly recommend this USPS office for anyone in the area needing mailing or shipping services.

12-7-23 2pm teller very, very unhelpful, asking him about international shipment, not giving any answer, I have to see the price from the credit card machine myself, you can tell he doesn't like his job much.

I went in to ask what is the quote for priority shipping for international package, the old guy named BEN told me "oh it's expensive," (YES I KNOW THE POSTAGE IS EXPENSIVE. )After several unhelpful conversations, I realized the reason to why he was being unhelpful. It's because he was watching his movie/drama on his TABLET on side of the top counter/front desk. I was surprised he didn't even put the volume down, it was loud enough for me to realize behind the glass window.

Ben the top dude there at the post office is absolutely the best. He is fast, kind, considerate, matter of fact, he makes this place a total success. Keep up the good work Ben!

The woman (small, Asian) just now closed at 12:21. I drove out of the way just to get help. They were supposed to be open until 12:30pm.

Exactly as mentioned in the previous review. Extremely unpleasant, rude, dismissive teller. He did not care at all about customers' mailing envelopes or packages. He interrupts in the middle of a question and demands that we just give him the envelope or package and answer the prompts on the screen to pay when there was no one in line. I was sealing my package and asked him a question and before I can finish my question, his response "It's already sealed, now give me the package and answer the prompts on the screen." That was completely careless for him to say. Everyone has the right to make sure their packages are sealed. I wanted to try asking again and yet again, he interrupts my question, points to the payment screen, and said "Just answer the prompts on the screen!" demanding me to answer the prompts on the screen to pay. My question was not answered and it was the most horrific experience with the rudest teller I've ever encountered. I have no idea how he still has this job. Best way to lose customers at this location.

This location is USPS and people seem to forget that. No USPS location has perfect service. It's decent and I have shipped many packages here. It has gotten slightly better. Not sure if the other reviewers are talking about the same woman. But that old woman who used to work here isn't any better. She used to nitpick at the tape I used on my packages. She would then proceed to say you can't use white tape and ask if I want to buy any tape. Like what? There is no USPS policy that says no white tape. The old man who currently works here is sometimes grumpy but also sometimes friendly. I guess it depends on what time of day you come in. The most friendly clerk is temporary asian guy worker. He only shows up during the holidays.

I asked the teller if he can help me because it's my first time sending a mail. He sold me an envelope and told me to just write down the mailing address and my address. Since I didn't know what location on the envelope to write, I wrote down both "To" and "from" address aligned on the left side. Eventually I received the mail back because know I learnt that I was supposed to write the mailing address right in the middle, not the left side. I even asked him after I wrote them down, he didn't even take a look at it and said "just drop it into the box whatever it is!" then I did how he said. Unhelpful teller.

Don't come to this location. Staff are extremely rude and told me to go to the post office on Leland because their small windows aren't able to open up for a package. That employee could've at least said it a nicer way instead of the equivalent to "get out of here". Save your time and avoid this location as much as possible. The bad reviews about that postal worker man who works there is true!

I haven't been to this location in forever! Came in today to mail a small package. No one in line. Clerk is really nice and soft spoken. Really quick service.

No problems. Get in line. Social distancing at this time. Do your thing. Only one window open so you'll need to wait a while if there are a few people in there. Remember to treat everyone with respect! Free usps flat rate packaging envelopes and boxes on the right side of the store. Depends on what is left.
