Everything went well till i got to check out, we started off all good till we told the worker named Melissa D that we had rewards and she didn’t tell us step by step what to do because we didn’t really know what to do, she gave us attitude after we asked her questions and saying how on her side of the computer they couldn’t see rewards which i understood then later on she asked for her managers help because she was so over the whole situation and same to the manager she gave attitude and couldn’t help us solve the problem out with rewards and said the same thing about not being able to see peoples rewards which i understood AGAIN.. instead of that whole thing happening both of them should’ve told us step by step what they needed from us so that they can take our rewards. Not very helpful.

Just a salesperson and the cashier. We practically took care of ourselves but good prices if you compare with those in Argentina and products that are not seen here.

The people work here were extremely rude and almost like getting upset that I am asking questions( as if its not their job to reply). I was not satisfied with the experience.

Patrick and Will were very friendly and helped me and my friend find shoes that we liked, and even though the shoes didn't fall under the sale we were looking at they got us a discount on them anyways!

I don't mean to pick on this location because they're really innocent bystanders, so apologies to them, but I can't find the right link. So here goes.........DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM VANS AND DO NOT RELY ON PUBLISHED CUSTOMER SERVICE CONTACTS!Now here's the relatively short version. I've been buying tee shirts and shoes from Vans for over five decades, both in store and online. Quite a collection.I recently bought a sweatshirt I wanted to return and only needed the reason for return form that should have been included in the shipment.I tried all published internet customer service contacts. Online the "chat with a real person" feature failed because it couldn't handle the simple request and provided a phone contact 855 prefix number.I called that number and the first person who answered was offshore with children in the background and sounded like he just woke up. So I hung up and redialed. This guy was also offshore but very sharp. I explained I only needed a form emailed to me. Sparing the details we had to wade into including payment method, which I knew, but he deliberately lied and said it was credit card. I gladly gave him the number. More very specific and personal inquiries were made.At this point I told him the conversation and inquiries had all the earmarks of phishing. I was assured otherwise and that the return form would be emailed. Didn't believe him for a second but finished the call. I then called the number one more time and asked, very simply, what companies they represented. Lots of names where mentioned but it sounded improvised so when I asked if Vans was one he replied with some gobbledygook.Of course no email ever came so I called my bank and canceled my credit card.Why did I do all this? BECAUSE WHILE I CANT SAY WITH CERTAINTY AND MAKE NO ACCUSATIONS, by all appearances there's little doubt in my mind that online customer service has been outsourced with little or no due diligence in the interest of saving a few bucks, putting all of us at potential financial risk. No good. No good at all. This stuff really matters and costs consumers billions of dollars. You decide on whether you want to give money to them or not.
