I went into the Van Ness store with my disabled son, asking for help, and instead got railroaded and taken advantage of. My adult son has a major mental illness and believed his iPhone 15 had been hacked. I explained the situation and asked if he could trade it in for a new one. The woman who "helped" me put her hand on that phone and before I knew what was going on (distracted and stressed by my son's erratic behavior) said I had traded it in and couldn't have it back. She handed over a new one and said it was "free," by which she meant they'd take $38 a month off my bill for 3 years. If I quit before then, I would owe whatever balance remained on the price of the phone ($1,000). I told her that would not work since my son loses 3 phones a year. She didn't care. She just wanted her $ and manipulated me when I was in a weakened condition due to the unmanageable behavior of my son. (He has his ups and downs.) The salesperson's behavior was hurtful and immoral. But at least she got her commission, right?

After talking to Verizon multiple times about canceling TV and just keeping Fios, was told today by a manager that I was wrong and the price that all four associates quoted me doesn't matter. I set up to cancel my TV for tomorrow knowing I had stuff to watch on my DVR and they canceled it today. Customer service has definitely gotten better over the years but the managers are still rude and the product does not relay what $1 billion company should be.

I have been a customer for over 15 years and witnessed the continuous decline of service and the growth of the corporate greed within this company. My contract was written in a manor that requires Verizon to grandfather it until I okay a change to a current offering. This has been going on for years and each time I contact them the pressure to move to a new plan increases. Time and time again I have to explain I keep the contract I have for specific reasons and it fits my needs. I have a Data Puck and four phone lines. Somehow, now parts of the original agreement such as free backup of my contact list has fallen off the radar and when I call Tech Support they keep echoing that I do not pay for Cloud Services. So tired of this I may be forced to pick a new plan but when I do it I assure you it will not be with Verizon.

Danny was especially indescribably great, ON our side until long after we first left the store. He was the best cheering squad and magic maker I could even imagine ! !!

Noah and Tim went above and beyond to assist me with my purchase on a a new phone line and iPad lines. I wanted to take advantage of the trade in deal with a new line and was provided with hassle free, quick and knowledgeable customer service experience. I have been a Verizon customer for quite some time, however; this is by far the best service i have ever received. Verizon is very lucky to have them!

1. Verizon...expensive, but reliable. 2. AFTER USE ING THEM 4 YEARS. 2. # 1, That review was old. Now the idea of ever going into one of these " Stores " ( planes of hell), full of miserable employees who run away and are on phones constantly while being paid to look sullen and angry. Its pathetic. Why do they have stores? They do absolutely nothing but try to bind u to overpriced everything. Avoid if u like to spend $ on other things than only your phone.

Bad place and bad personal a telephone operator how can’t sell you a sim only when you get from them a phone or a “ free phone as they sad “ , I walked in the first week to get a sim and they were going automatically to the free phone option I sad I already have 4 phone I just need the sim they sad then bring your phone that we can activate the sim I sad ok I came back after a week and they did everything to sell me the free phone I sad no I bring my phone with me they see it and they sad they can not put the sim into my phone because it’s an old phone, my phone is Samsung galaxy j7 prime 2019 , I sad it’s not that old and a seen should work for phone calls even in a 1999 phone , I don’t need 5g plan or technologies I need to make a phone call , apparently they don’t do that no more in version . Overall it was a stressful experience

-1 star for understaffing, a ludicrous wait and not having any sim cards in stock+5 stars for the blonde dude for going above/beyond to solve my problem and being a real cool guy about it. whatever verizon is paying the folks here isn't enough.

I have been with Verizon Wireless for well over a decade. I lived in Phoenix, AZ and checked the service map online when making a decision to move to Lewiston, MI. The coverage map on Verizon and the Federal website shows that Verizon is the only carrier that serves my property address. Upon moving here, I realized that I do not have cellular service strong enough to even make a call or send a text message. I called and they tried to sell me a cell extender but I pushed and it was provided for free. However, this extender relies on WIFI signal as it converts the WIFI signal to cellular. I pay for internet through another provider. I called many times to resolve this issue and I am told they will file a ticket and see what they can do. I never get a reply about these tickets. I sent a support chat again last night and was effectively told that they do not need to honor their advertised commitments because I technically have coverage as I must have signal in order to use the extender. I informed them that I have no service here without WIFI and they told me I should find another provider if I don't like it. There are no other providers and they don't advertise coverage here. Verizon does.

As our contract was nearing its end, and we contemplated switching carriers, we encountered Ashley. Her expert guidance on plans and devices was not only sensible but also delivered with remarkable warmth and personability. Thanks to her, not only did we choose to remain with Verizon, but we now regard Ashley as a professional we genuinely like and trust. Verizon made a wise choice in having her on board.

I had to explain everything to the staff like it was their first day on the job. You can not pay business accounts on the kiosk mmmmmmmkayyyyyyy. The standoffish attitude of Dragon couples with his complete lack of ability to do anything without seeking guidance makes me think he is just not ready for the sales floor.

Came in today to upgrade my phone. Angel helped me today. Getting my new phone for my trip to Paris and London in November! The service is great and I came in after lunch so there was no long time. With the new technology to transfer data was quick. Parking is available on the street.
