When I came in to trade in my phone the first employee was extremely pleasant and helpful, which is why I am adding a star. I went through with the trade in but needed to return to the location to physically return my old phone. However, when I came back to return the old phone with the instructions given to me by the first employee (disable Find My location), the employee I interacted with the next day told me he would need to charge me $30 to help me erase my phone, a service the former employee had offered to take care of himself when I returned. The second employee told me I'd need to wait around for the first employee to show up to work if I wanted any help for free. I found this to be pretty unprofessional and disrespectful.I asked where I could find instructions or documentation for how to reset my phone and this employee reminded me that he is unable to provide any help unless I pay $30. I will not be purchasing any more iphones from this location in the future.

Verizon steals cheats and lies After restarting one of our phones on a cruise ship less than one day out we got a notice that there was some charges Immediately I called Verizon and they told me what was going on and turned back on the airplane mode. We had bought the plan on the cruise ship so we assume the next week we were using our cruise ship plan. After we returned on Thanksgiving Day I received a notice that $1,270 was on our bill After a long phone call with one person at Verizon they assured me it would be refunded but not until after Thanksgiving Three different people over the course of two more months told me and confirmed with text and emails that the fees would be removed A few days ago I was out of town and my wife was alone caregiver of a 97-year-old mother , Verizon cut off our lines. Trying to remedy the situation a gentleman at Verizon assured me they would start the phone which of course did not happen. This was an emergency situation so I had to change carriers Now they tell me they cannot even find my account because I stopped service After talking to four different people in circles this nightmare continues and now the bill is up to $1,400 There is no worse company on this planet than Verizon never use Verizon they are liars cheats and steal your money .

I made three visits to get a new phone and update my plan. Darrel was great to deal with. Walked me through my options and gave me advice that I really appreciated. Ended up saving $40 a month, getting more service and a new phone on a mulitphone policy. Appreciate the help.

George was so incredibly helpful and welcoming! After a stressful few days of having my phone pickpocketed and having to wait for the new one to be delivered, I went in when my new iPhone wasn’t connecting to my Verizon number. He was so knowledgeable and clearly excelled at his job, and he knew the exact process to get it connected to my Apple account and line number. Thanks George! You made my week!

I tried ordering a second phone and phone line and after verifying my identity 4 separate times, they still canceled my order because they couldn't "verify" I was the one placing the order. I was on the phone for almost two hours (while at work!!) trying to resolve, to no avail. I will never recommend Verizon to anyone, and I will NEVER renew my agreement once it's over.

Came in. Waited to be "next" only to be told make an appointment. Cool. Fine. But the next two people who came in received service. We were hanging out just discussing what next, manager comes out, we get him to assist us. Got our questions answered. Told him the first guy not helpful, nothing but excuses. Left. Walked across to T-mobile. Ended up changing service. Felt like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman. "Big mistake, huge".

The place was empty and there was zero hassle getting the PIN code I needed to port a phone number. My experience with Verizon has always been positive. I can't say the same for AT&T which, after decades of bad customer service, price hikes, and terrible tech support, led me to conclude that they are a criminal enterprise that profits from driving their customers crazy.

This review is for verizon in general. I have been a loyal customer for 19 years. Recently upgraded 3 lines with new phones. Verizon had a trade in your device credit, for all three lines. We purchased the new phones and sent the old phones back to verizon. All three phones had been in otterbox cases, were in near perfect condition, and were unlocked. I was expecting a $400 credit per phone on my bill. After receiving the phones, verizon gave us back from $14-$28 apiece for the phones. So instead of a $1200 credit, I received $62. I was on the phone with verizon for an hour, was told they were the incorrect phones returned. SERIOUSLY???? I asked for the phones to be returned, was told no can do. I hate verizon!!!!!! I have 8 devices on my plan, what a scam.

I have been a Verizon customer for only one a year and my few experiences with my closest store have been unprofessional and very unpleasant. The first went a few months ago when I was attempting to purchase an Apple Watch. I arrived at the store, rushing from work, with the set intention of buying it in-store since I was committed to upgrading. I arrived 15-20 minutes before they closed only to be turned away from your representatives due to them almost closing and not having time to finish the transaction before they closed. It was appalling to me that I get turned away while the store was still open, but I called Verizon and handled my transaction via phone instead. I had to wait for my watch, but I did also mention this to the phone rep who helped me with this poor experience. Fast forward to last week, I went into the store to trade in 2 phones I had recently upgraded. The system specifically said I could either mail them back or return them to the store of my choice so I chose the store closest to me for convenience. When I arrived I got distracted due to my father-in-law being in the store so I didn't "check in" immediately. When I did get redirected to get checked in, the representative George kinda smirked and laughed at me saying "we don't do trade-ins at this store". Frustrated I asked why would they send me here if I can't do it there? He did not offer much of an explanation, and just said I can help you print out return labels, but let me check in the next two customers waiting before I help you. Upset, I got on the phone with my sister who had come from Concord to help me finish this process today & started venting about how poor customer service I was receiving at this store always. Seeing me upset, George says oh no "I'm not going to help you if you're going to be rude as fuck". I was appalled not only was I not directing any of my frustrations to him, but I was also on a personal call, and he singled me out & basically refused to help me in front of a store full of people (my father-in-law included). I asked to speak to the store manager, but he claimed to be the store manager. I have never been so humiliated or upset with someone's poor customer service. Like I told him I wasn't talking to him and I was on a personal call. If he found it offensive that his store was always handling customers with such low standards, that doesn't have anything to do with me. I searched yelp reviews and found many customers complaining about the lack of professionalism. I went back in asking for the district manager's information, which he refused to give me. I told him as a customer I have the right to talk to his superiors & he went into the back to look for the contact information. He provided me with Ferdinand Arellano's email address which was not the correct District Manager according to Verizon. They also informed me that George who claimed to be the store manager was not the store manager. When I called Verizon, the rep was also very flabbergasted by my experience. He did mention that there was some sort of glitch in the system that didn't allow us to trade in in stores. That was all the rep George should've explained. He claimed it was because he was busy but busy or not there is a certain standard you should hold your employees to. My father-in-law later told me that he has had similar experiences with the reps at this store. It is unfortunate that there are so many non-English speaking customers that they probably are used to providing such poor, condescending, lackluster customer service. I wonder how many people have just thought "oh well" what can I do? A lot! Let's all show them we deserve better as paying customers.
