I had an exceptional experience at the Verizon store on Sloat Boulevard, thanks to Lulu. She was incredibly patient, working with us from 1 PM until 6 PM to resolve multiple issues. Her responsiveness and in-depth knowledge were truly impressive. Lulu made what could have been a stressful situation much more manageable with her professionalism and dedication. Highly recommend this store and especially Lulu for outstanding customer service!

Arrived at the store and was ignored when I walked in and proceeded to wait patiently for 50 min before I gave up and left ... Terrible service, I will not go back to this location. Evaluating whether to even keep Verizon as my carrier due to the experience.

Jason knows his stuff.
This is a review of a visit from a few years ago.
I was shopping around for Wireless Internet (WISP) and stopped by the store to ask some questions about Verizon's Wireless Home Internet Service.
Jason Gobbell was the person I interacted with.
Despite the Home Internet service was not something I could just purchase from the store (has to be online ordered), Jason was still incredibly helpful in answering all my questions regarding the service.
Jason was incredibly knowledgeable in both the technical aspects of the service and the billing/account side of the service.
Even though I wasn't able to purchase anything, my interaction with Jason was impressive enough that I took his card and wrote a quick note on my phone, which I happened to stumble across again today and reminded me to leave this review.

Lulu at the Lakeshore Plaza location SF was fantastic. The best in the business. So so nice, professional and thorough. I always feel like I'm being taken care of when she's helping me and always greets everyone with a smile

If you want to return a product or even have warranty service do not shop at a non verizon corp store. Very disappointed with this location and there handling of a battery issue. Seemed like they just want the sale and did not want to assist with our problem. Would like to give zero but system will not allow.
