Two things: 1. This is not a Verizon store. Victra is just an authorized retailer, so there is less recourse in dealing with issues.2. Before signing and paying for anything, take the time to read the invoice. When they say "it's mostly just sales tax" - focus on the MOSTLY part. Because that could include a significant amount of extra fees for services you don't actually want.

Enzo was very professional yet he made me feel like I was chatting with another one of my homies. He was working by himself and even with other people coming in and out he handled it well. Dope person to go to if you need help.

Went to pick up my phone around 3pm and there was a sign that says will return at 4:30pm but I have to be at work at 4pm. I’m dreading having to come back because it’s way out there too

The service was fantastic! Enzo, the Verizon employee was knowledgeable, very polite, patient to explain the many options available, a gem of a person. I am only giving 4 stars because the store could use some comfortable chairs… after an hour to get my new iphone, my back hurts from sitting on a flat board someone called a stool. Seriously imperative you should make the experience more attractive by not causing physical discomfort to the customers and your employees too ??♀️

I showed up Sunday morning with a dead phone. Enzo was the best. I could have walked out and gone to another carrier for a free phone.He did everything possible to have me stay with Verizon. I am very happy with my new S23.

We had been at another location and was never greeted and there was only one person working. We called and found another location that was more available. Ty was friendly and helpful. He was knowledgeable about the products and specials available. Great experience all around!!!

Lulu M assisted me with the purchase of a SIM card and the logistics of changing my account type. She was sympathetic to the difficulty of the situation and clearly explained how she would be able to assist me, and demonstrated professional knowledge by leveraging the tools at her disposal to resolve the issue. In a short amount of time, she had me up and running with the account type that was best for my needs. If you need any type of troubleshooting on your Verizon account, Lulu is the one to talk to!

Lulu was great! I’m not a tech person and wasn’t especially excited to buy a new phone but she made everything so easy and pleasant. Everyone else in the store was very friendly too. Thanks, everyone!!
